Tired hotel with a great bar
Pros:

The bar was great with quick service and good choice

Cons:

The gym and pool are tired and too small for a 4 -* hotel
The room was much smaller than expected with little light and the pillows very lumpy
All in all not worth the extra money to stay there

Die Lage und das Bier, welches aus der USA ist, konnten den Erwartungen entsprechen.

Cons:

Das Hotel wirkt alt, dunkel und nicht wirklich einladend. Die Bilder haben mehr versprochen, was nicht gehalten werden konnte. Beim Schließen sind die Zimmertüren sehr laut, was nicht förderlich für einen guten Schlaf ist. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer ist unterdurchschnittlich. Es gibt keine Steckdose für den Haarföhn im Bad. Das Zimmer war sehr kalt und die Heizung funktionierte nicht, weil die Klima schon im Sommermodus war, und das bei einer Außentemperatur von unter 10 °C. Dafür gab es dann einen mobilen elektrischen Heizkörper.

Disappointed as the hotel is part of the Hilton family??

Breakfast was fantastic parking good

Cons:

Asked for a double room got two beds pushed together radiator didn’t work room was cold small portable radiator brought up to room didn’t warm the room when I told reception on departure just a sorry was said didn’t feel sincere no food or tea/coffee available when we got back to the hotel on the Saturday night around 10.15pmish told coffee machine was off

A pleasant stay
Pros:

Close to the shopping arcade. The staff were very welcoming and the room clean. Loved the pool and spa area.
