Great Location and Good Hotel, some bits better than others
Pros:

The hotel is well situated close to the town centre and parking is plentiful but not free, which was disappointing, I would have expected as a guest that parking would be included. The space is well presented and staff were very helpful.
My room was great, nothing spectacular but it had everything I needed, so that was good news. Although I have to say the bed was super comfortable.

Cons:

One lift working in reception was a real issue, especially when busy and it was super busy whilst I was there. The bar prices were....pricey! more so than I anticipated.
Main issue was the parking, I genuinely felt aggrieved that it was an additional cost.

Excellent location, friendly helpful staff, exceptional breakfast

We received a warm friendly welcome from the lady on reception on arrival together with some helpful advice.. thank you for your help:)
Breakfast was exceptional! With plenty of healthy options alongside delicious cooked food

Fabulous hotel!
Pros:

Lovely hotel very clean and the bed was so comfortable! The swimming pool was closed but they gave us a late check out so we could use it the next day the staff were so amazing! Breakfast was delicious too

Cons:

The swimming pool was closed but that wasn’t their fault as they were having a new sauna installed

Good location, nice comfy rooms.
Pros:

The location was great.l specially next to the touchwood mall.
Convenient parking.

We stayed at four different hotels during our recent trip to the UK but found the reception staff a bit cold compared to other four and five stars we stayed at.

The staff at breakfast were warm and friendly at least most of them.

The reception and reception staff.
The breakfast could have been a bit better.

The hotel is a bit old and worn but thats ok.

Fabulous hotel, great location and friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff who could do enough for us. They made us feel very welcome and we had a fabulous time. The room was quiet and comfortable and we can’t wait for our next visit in September! 😁
