Great stay -would highly recommend
Pros:

Great reception staff -big shout out to Jess who was amazing -friendly -made our stay special

Cons:

Lack of gluten free options and menu items were regularly not available -ran out of all steak on menu one night ?- suggest front of house staff should help highlight ordering needs as the Chef who orders food needs help !!

we very much enjoyed our stay as the food was very good ,and the staff were excellent .
Pros:

the breakfast had everything you could expect. we thought the staff were from the barmen to the waitresses were excellent

Cons:

the room was a good size. A little noisy as it overlooked the car park and was above the rubbish bins which were emptied in the early morning

Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend as great atmosphere and value for money

Loved the signature scent at the entry of the hotel.
Elevates your experience immediately.

Really enjoyed the size of the gym and equipment available. Food at the restaurant was also great.

We had a fire alarm go off and the morning after received a note from the management about it, and which was a really nice touch and good to see that the team take fire alarms seriously but also take care about customer experience.

Lovely touch with a bottle of water in the fridge and a couple of sweet treats.

Cons:

Elevators seems a little bit old, at some point it felt like we were going to be stuck (it didn’t happen, but I can totally imagine it could)

The faucet over the sink in the bathroom was at a very odd angle. It was placed it such a way that no matter how careful one tried to be, the water would spill all around the outside of the sink. Think it could have been designed better.

Pros:

Room tiny and bed uncomfortable stuck in the eves not sure if it because i booked with Booking.com!
The breakfast was disgusting cheap quality food and poor machine burnt coffee. Also a was £12.50 for parking and i enquired before going about EV charging they said they had 4 and it was free.

But its not it BP Pulse when i challenged them they said it free because we dont charge you!!!

Very comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Excellent location. Good standard and very comfortable.

Cons:

Staff were helpful but could be a bit friendlier. Bar was extremely expensive. Lifts were temperamental with one out of order. Nothing too terrible but for the cost of the stay would have expected a higher standard overall.

A lovely comfortable hotel and very convenient for Solihull Registry Office and Town Centre
Pros:

The hospitality staff were very welcoming and friendly.
The garden terrace is a lovely space to relax and socialise with family and friends

Cons:

The lift was a little bit temperamental during our stay. It seemed to be slow to respond when selecting floor levels and at one point I didn’t think the doors were going to open!

Pros:

Quite good facilities in terms of gym and pool access. Bed was nice.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little scarce, could use a little bit more fibre. Typical to any hotel, water pressure and heat turned suboptimal during peak use hours.

Crowne Plaza Solihull
Pros:

Reception and bar area and breakfast facilities were great and staff very friendly. The whole accommodation was really nice and surrounding area was nice too. There are few bars in front of the Plaza so all walking distance if you want change of scenery. They also have nice sitting area outside

Cons:

Room was nice and spacious except the fact that we were just around loading bay area and deliveries that were starting at round 6am woke us up. So perhaps that was the only down thing
