Gutes Hotel mit gutem Restaurant. Der gute Marriott-Standard zieht sich nicht bei allen Angehörigen des Personals durch.
Pros:

Lage. Grösstenteils freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Frühstück teuer jedoch z. B. In Sachen Cereals sehr mager. Peinlich finde ich, wenn der Wunsch für einen Espresso anstelle des Kaffees nur gegen Bezahlung möglich ist.

Enjoyable stay at this lovely, comfortable arty hotel.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, from our first contact with reception staff Rencila to the 2 staff at breakfast. Loved the beautiful artwork throughout the hotel, and the room was very comfortable and well thought out.

Cons:

The system for providing hot drinks at breakfast could be better, to prevent long wait for drinks.

Chic Stylish Hotel with Easy Access to Subway and Airport
Pros:

This hotel was chic, stylish and within easy walking distance of the Earls Court underground. I loved the artwork displays, the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The check-in process was a bit slow, but the staff were very nice.
