The Cura Hotel Kensington, London, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

everything was perfect and just like said in the reservation, the staff was extremely nice and very accomodating. definitely going to come back here in the future!

I keep coming back to this wonderful hotel every time I visit London, and there is one reason that truly stands above everything else: the incredible staff.

The team here is genuinely one of the warmest, friendliest, and most caring hotel teams I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. They are always welcoming, attentive, and ready to go the extra mile to make their guests feel comfortable and looked after.

I’m diabetic, and one night at around 3 AM, my blood sugar suddenly dropped. I went down to reception, and the staff immediately took care of me, bringing me chocolates and cookies and staying attentive until I was feeling stable again. What touched me even more was that they called my room the following day simply to check on me and make sure I was okay. That level of genuine care is something I will never forget.

Beyond the exceptional staff, the hotel itself is fantastic. The location is extremely convenient, the rooms are beautifully designed, comfortable, and impeccably clean, and the price is very reasonable for the quality and service you receive.

Zoro, Rencila, Gabbi, Cornelio, Vinisha, Aarya, Alina, and everyone else on the team — thank you for being so wonderful, kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. You make this place feel like much more than just a hotel.

I will absolutely keep coming back whenever I’m in London. ❤️

We recently stayed at the Cura as part of a longer trip to the UK. The front desk staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs as we arrived early and (after a few lovely days) had a late flight out.

The location was fabulous... just a short walk to the Earl's Court Underground station and walking distance to many of the major department stores and museums. We were close enough to the touristy bits that we could get there easily, but just far enough out that there were local folks at the pubs and restaurants in the neighbourhood, too.

A special thank you to the hotel for the nice little treat that appeared in our room on our Wedding Anniversary evening!

We had a good stay at Cura Hotel Kensington and found it to be a convenient and comfortable option for visiting London.

The location was a definite highlight — it’s within walking distance of the Tube station, making it easy to get around the city and reach the major sights without much hassle. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés in the surrounding area.

Our room was clean, charming, and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The hotel has a nice character to it, and it was a pleasant place to come back to after a busy day exploring London.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and we appreciated how accommodating they were whenever we needed assistance.

Overall, it was a solid stay with a convenient location, clean rooms, and helpful service. A good option if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable and well-connected while visiting London.

De locatie en van het personeel waren Zorro en Connerly (ik denk niet dat ik de naam goed schrijf) ontzettend aardig en deden alles om het ons naar de zin te maken, nadat wij in eerste instantie een hele kleine kamer hadden gekregen.
