Great hotel.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable and facilities and room spotless.

Cons:

I didn’t like how the staff who cleans the room woke us up at 9:30 am. We had come in from an international flight and could have used the precious moments of sleep before we caught our next long flight.

Good hotel near airport
Pros:

Free airport shuttle was very practical, breakfast very good, a la carte. Very spacious family room.

Cons:

Rooms in some parts of hotel and pool area are dated. Lobby is nice, but rest of hotel is not up to this level.

Convenient, friendly hotel close to airport with a regular shuttle bus to get you there and back.
Pros:

Really friendly and helpful staff, special mention here for Daniela, who arranged for us to leave our luggage ahead of us checking in so we could visit Vancouver for the day. The airport shuttle service was extremely useful too: a regular service and made getting to/from the airport extremely easy.

Cons:

Nothing - it was an ideal base for our last night in Canada.

Very good stay with excellent staff.
Pros:

the shuttle was very convenient and the driver particularly helpful.

Cons:

The Air conditioner in the room was inadequate on this particularly warm day. The room is wonderfully big, so it needed additional cooling.
