Escolhemos a opção de pequeno-almoço incluído e não desiludiu. Tinha tudo o que era essencial. Os funcionários muito atenciosos e sempre disponíveis para atender as nossas necessidades desde disponibilizar o frigorífico para guardar comida quer para a aquecer no microondas. Estes são apenas alguns exemplos da simpatia dos funcionários. Para além disso tem uma excelente relação qualidade-preço.
Apenas duas sugestões de melhoria:
- Criar mais lugares de estacionamento (muitas vezes tivemos que deixar o carro fora do hotel)
- Uma vez que não têm elevador, desenvolver um mecanismo que auxilie os hóspedes a carregar a respetiva bagagem para o piso superior

A rede Ibis está cada dia pior e, esse tipo de instalação no Setúbal, me faz desistir de vez da rede IBIS.

O Booking apresenta os hotéis ibis como duas estrelas mas não deveria sequer aceitar o Ibis em sua plataforma.

Absolutamente nada!
Hotel sujo, carpetes (não se utiliza mais isso) imundos, quarto minúsculo, pequeno almoço horrível, som na recepção e salão do café realmente perturbando (volume alto e uma batida constante, própria para danceteria, nunca para um hotel). Ibis medíocre. Duas estrelas? De forma alguma. REDE IBIS TOTALMENTE DESCARTADA NAS PRÓXIMAS HOSPEDAGENS!
