La Quinta by Wyndham Phoenix Chandler

We were headed to a concert at Wild Horse Pass Casino and this La Quinta offered a significantly lower room cost than staying at the casino which is nearby. There is free off-street parking which can be tight on a busy night. It is a convenient location right off the highway near Chandler Blvd. It is walking distance to a Cracker Barrel and a couple convenience store/gas station, and a short drive to most other retail, restaurants and sites. We experienced a friendly quick check in. The building has four stories and an elevator. It has a gorgeous pool and hot tub area. There is also a fitness room. The hotel is pet friendly. We had a spacious room with a 3-drawer bureau, desk with chair, 2 lounge chairs, double nightstands with a king bed. We had a self-contained bathroom with individual toiletries. There was an excellent free hot breakfast with sausage links, fried eggs, waffles and other continental items. We had a microwave, mini fridge with freezer section, coffee maker, iron & board and hair dryer. There was free reliable internet and a free accessible ice machine.

We had at list 3 rooms and our friends had 3 rooms we all expected better service

I loved the soft clean pillows to rest, ive been exhausted from driving a long time and working all day, this was a co fort to come too.

The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and overall it was a comfortable stay. I would suggest staying in rooms on the pool side rather than the road side, as they are much quieter.

Excellent location - convenient to airport and destinations. and staff was super. Clean. Did not end up having breakfast - should have planned better not to pay for that.
Be sure to request housekeeping gif you want your bed made or trash collected.
One gripe - the closet door (I always unpack and hang things) is on a swing hinge and no way to prop it open so very inconvenient to get in and out of it to get things. Weird design. Aisa at front desk was awesome.

There was a lot that went wrong, I had to change rooms 3 times. I missed the 3rd championship game Spurs vs. Okc! Because the tv didn't work after my 2nd move. I was given 40 bucks on the next day's room rate. I guess thanks fair!???
I believe I shouldn't have to pay anything for Sunday! Money is tight right now in our country. High price of gas, food and everything. So, just want to get what I paid for.

La Quinta is conveniently located just off the I-10 freeway south of Ray Rd. Many restaurants and shopping centers are nearby, and it’s a short drive to the Phoenix airport. The hotel is staffed with the friendliest people who all make sure you’re completely satisfied and comfortable in your room. I especially like that the rooms open to inside hallways, making it feel safer than a lot of other hotels. They have a good selection to choose from in the breakfast area and it’s open from 6am to 9am. There’s also a small store behind the reception desk loaded with microwaveable foods, ice cream, snacks, and an assortment of items that you may have forgotten.

Everything it was clean the people were friendly. It was easy to get to get out of.

It was nice and clean! People were very polite!

Breakfast was just what I expected. There was plenty of space in the dining area so that we didn't feel crowded. Everything was very clean and well stocked.
The room was large and the beds were very comfortable.
