Sehr netter Empfang, altehrwürdige und stylische Lobby-Bar. Geräumiges Zimmer mit zwei Bädern, sehr angenehm klimatisiert. Wer Details mag: Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher sind der Hammer. Kleine Rooftopbar.
Super zentrale Lage beim Plaza de Espana und fußläufig zu den Attraktionen Madrids. Zwei Flamenco Tablaos sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Pros:

The best breakfast I had in Spain. I definitely recommend it, everything was delicious. The room was very comfortable and the staff was really nice and helpful

Tutto perfetto! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, zona comodissima e attenzione ai dettagli.
Pros:

Tutto perfetto, molto pulito e posizione comodissima. Attenzione anche ai dettagli come per esempio la presenza di ombrelli a disposizione per gli ospiti in caso di pioggia o la tripla chiave (eravamo in tre persone a soggiornare). Letti comodissimi e doppio bagno nella junior suite.

Pros:

Me gusto mucho la comodidad de las camas, la ubicación es muy buena. Hay un centro comercial muy cerca donde tenes de todo, en frente se encuentra el Palacio Real. El personal de recepción es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a solucionar todas las necesidades.

Cons:

La ducha era un poco peligrosa, y no funcionaba muy bien.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind, helpful, and professional throughout my visit.

I accidentally left my laptop in the room after checking out, and the hotel team found it, kept it safe, and kindly helped arrange for it to be shipped back to me. I am truly grateful for their support and excellent service.

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well managed. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. Thank you very much to the entire team!
