Wonderful stay
Pros:

Close to the Royal Palace and Temple of Debod. Beautiful sunsets in both spots. Within walking distance to many Madrid attractions.

Localização excelente. Suite com tamanho confortável. Café da manhã sofrido.
Pros:

A localizaçao é excelente, em frente ao Palacio Real, ao lado da Plaza Espana, a poucos metros da Grand Via. Reservei uma suite no 8o andar com uma vista incrivel para o palacio. O espaço da suite e do banheiro é bastante confortável.

Cons:

O café da manhã é muito sofrido - não dá vontade de comer nada. A equipe é pouco simpatica. Quando eu cheguei ao hotel e perguntei ao recepcionista "Como estás" - ele me respondeu ironicamente "Trabajando".

Cons:

Tuvimos que cambiar de habitación porque salia agua por el suelo en el baño.
Cambiamos de habitacion en la misma categoria y a esta nueva habitación en uno de los baños el agua caliente no llegaba
