wyposażenie, tv nie działało, czajnik nie działał po dwóch dniach, brak ciepłej wody (była konieczna interwencja na recepcji).
Location was OK.
No english language options on the TV.
No breakfast service option.
Water pressure in shower was awful.
No mini-bar, just 2 bottles water that don't get refilled.

Some niggles in our room:
* kettle but no plug within reach of it
* impossible to run a bath and place the plug without getting into the bath!
* poor water pressure and difficult to operate shower
But overall - a good experience

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy muy antiguas, la puerta de la habitación costaba en cerrar, se sentía un poco inseguro, los pasillos de las habitaciones muy oscuras. Igual el ascensor pequeño y en malas condiciones. Había una mosca dentro de la habitación, el agua caliente era inconsciente.

Otel eski bir otel gibi gözüküyordu ve fiyatıda oldukça makuldü. Biraz şüpheyle yaklaştık ancak odalar yenilenmişti ve tertemizdi. Her gün çarşaf ve havlu değişimleri olması gerektiği şekilde yapıldı. Odaya servis istediğimizde çok hızlı şekilde geldi. Konumu ve odaların ses yalıtımı oldukça iyiydi. Personeli güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Çok keyif aldık.
Sevmediğimiz ya da olumsuz bir tecrübemiz olmadı. Sadece minibar konusuna biraz özen gösterirlerse çok daha iyi olabilir. :)

My stay was disappointing, mainly due to the way my reservation extension was handled.
I spent two full days trying to extend my booking and received different information from different staff members. I spoke through Booking.com and also directly at the front desk, but nobody seemed able to provide a clear answer or take ownership of the request. I was repeatedly told to come back the next day and speak to someone else.
As a result, I had to spend a significant amount of time during my trip worrying about accommodation instead of focusing on my work commitments and enjoying my stay. What should have been a simple reservation extension became an unnecessary source of stress.
The most frustrating part was the apparent lack of communication between team members. Different employees provided different rates and explanations, and I often felt that my request was not being taken seriously. I found the overall approach neither proactive nor particularly courteous.
In addition, bed sheets were not changed during my entire stay, and the hotel offers very limited facilities beyond the room and breakfast area.
The room itself was acceptable, but considering the price paid and the service experience, I expected a much higher standard of hospitality and customer care.
