We so enjoyed our stay. The lobby smelled good and the front desk folks were great. We arrived early but were able to check into our room and leave our luggage. Even if we couldn't check in, they would allow us to park for free while we went to the Fort Worth Stockyards, only a couple of miles away. The room was clean and comfy with all the amenities we needed-microwave, frig, and coffeemaker. Breakfast had a good variety with plenty of seating. We plan to stay here whenever we visit Fort Worth.
The shuttle was only available in the evenings.
Rooms clean, bed comfy, shower really good, breakfast really good, aircon was really good too. Can’t fault the hotel itself.
However I was really really disappointed in the staff no greeting no hello no smiles no customer service, we felt like we was annoying them just by checking in. That being my first time in Texas was extremely disappointing. I just can’t believe it is acceptable to have that kind of customer service. We wanted some information but we didn’t bother asking because of the lack of communication we had received already. Very disappointed.
