Great location! Clean sheets.
Pros:

Location was great for the botanical gardens! The room is quiet and comfortable. Clean sheets and towels. Comfortable bed.
Great Mongolian restaurant next door as well. Close to everything in Birmingham you could want!

Cons:

Hot water takes like 20 minutes to heat up.
No hot tub. Key cards had to be replaced both days we stayed.

Pleasant and would stay here again .
Pros:

Check in and out was fast and clerks were pleasant. Room was clean and well stocked. Bed was comfortable . Easy access to expressway and nearby restaurants.

Cons:

Door didn't feel secure. The security latch wouldn't close all the way so we put the coffee table against the door. Pillows a little soft for my taste so wish they had a variety or extra pillows.

You get what you pay for, but we still didn’t get much here.
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable!

Cons:

Everything was pretty run down. Not much was particularly clean. Breakfast was anemic. Staff was not present.

they refuse to acceptht he ooking .com [reayment, they tried to take money twice for the rorom. I wasnever checked in they gave me a key to a drty room and when i toldthem no they took back the key, would not accomodate me I had t find another hotel next door

Over priced for rundown sub- par room. Very disappointed
Pros:

The location was close and convenient

Cons:

It was run down, old mattress, dirty, chipping paint, only 2 towels, and the breakfast and no meat option. Absolutely everything was sub- par and will never stay there again.

Pros:

- Om een stop te maken na een lange rit, oke.
- Zeer grote kamers.

Cons:

- Voelde niet echt schoon aan, beetje uitgeleefd. Er is voldoende keuze aan hotels in de regio, dus ik zou iets anders kiezen. Prijs/ kwaliteit komen niet overeen.
Foto's zien er beter uit dan in werkelijkheid.
Personeel kort van stof, in de ochtend niemand te zien bij de receptie. Ontbijt zeer matig.

Beds were comfortable enough

Cons:

Had to clean the bathtub before we could use it, even though the next AM housekeeping knocked 4 times to see if we left yet. Coffee maker had to be emptied and cleaned before we could use it. Breakfast was decent at best, yogurt machine not working and no milk.
