I was only there for one day. But the breakfast was good. The room had a terrible smell.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

No ironing board but had a iron. Also tub wasn't cleaned good.

Lobby aesthetic

Cons:

Lobby was very nice & misleading. Hotel room was filthy, very outdated. Cracks in the ceilings, shower peeling, pieces falling apart.

Unorganized staff. Appears to be no attention to detail.
Pros:

This stay nothing. Room was in the back corner. Hallway always had boxes in the hallway. Elevators slow. Breakfast was horrible eggs runny. Juice out. Key stopped working. Air conditioner noisy.

Our Problem to Check-In, and during our stay!
Pros:

I like the Suite because of the Privacy, and the Room Size!

Cons:

When we got there we were told that they didn't have any Water, but while we were there Check-In a Maintenance Team showed up to work on the Leak! The Counter Person was waiting to hear me say that we were going else where! That's about when we were talking that Maintenance showed up! I went down to Breakfast, and they said the Coffee Maker wasn't working! We checked-In Friday Afternoon. Saturday no Coffee, but Sunday it was working when I went for Breakfast!
We were checking out Sunday at 11 AM, but I went to Breakfast, and coming back to the Room the Sliding Key would not work because that was the same day we were checking out at 11 AM, so I had them at the Counter to get my Key to work!

Great location! Clean sheets.
Pros:

Location was great for the botanical gardens! The room is quiet and comfortable. Clean sheets and towels. Comfortable bed.
Great Mongolian restaurant next door as well. Close to everything in Birmingham you could want!

Cons:

Hot water takes like 20 minutes to heat up.
No hot tub. Key cards had to be replaced both days we stayed.

Pleasant and would stay here again .
Pros:

Check in and out was fast and clerks were pleasant. Room was clean and well stocked. Bed was comfortable . Easy access to expressway and nearby restaurants.

Cons:

Door didn't feel secure. The security latch wouldn't close all the way so we put the coffee table against the door. Pillows a little soft for my taste so wish they had a variety or extra pillows.

they refuse to acceptht he ooking .com [reayment, they tried to take money twice for the rorom. I wasnever checked in they gave me a key to a drty room and when i toldthem no they took back the key, would not accomodate me I had t find another hotel next door
