Lots of pluses, best of which was staff.
Pros:

Very comfortable. Shuttle service great. Enjoyed a good meal which was very reasonably priced. Best thing about the stay was the staff. Front desk and restaurant personnel very welcoming and accommodating.

Personeel wel vriendelijk, hotel heel erg gedateerd. Prijs kwaliteit staat niet in verhouding

Bar om 21.45 uur al dicht, personeel wat om 21.30 uur al kaarten van de tafel haalt, lampjes verwijderd, je meteen moet betalen bij bestellen van consumpties terwijl je aan de bar zit.....

Très déçue par notre expérience dans cet hôtel.
Notamment concernant le service de navette aéroport.
Nous avions réservé et payé la navette à l’avance ( 12€ pour deux personnes ) et étions présents dans le hall pour l’heure de départ.
pourtant la navette est partie sans aucune annonce, sans vérification des passagers et sans organisation de la part de l’hôtel.
Résultat : service payé mais inutilisable.
Le plus décevant reste la gestion du problème par la suite: aucune compréhension de la situation et des réponses très froides malgré le désagrément subi. Les hôtes n’étaient pas du tout sympathiques (plus d’une fois), ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus désagréable.
C’est vraiment regrettable pour un établissement de cette catégorie.

A acomodação é confortável e estava bastante limpa. A proximidade ao aeroporto atendeu ao nosso intuito de facilitar o traslado. O fato de haver oferta de transfer, ainda que paga, é uma vantagem.

After moving us to another room it was fine
