It was a very expensive stay for an extremely small room.

Great location to Mcgill Head desk clerk was very helpful and pleasant to talk to . She did her best
Pros:

Breakfast was not free but outstanding bedt ever

Cons:

The hall carpet was not up to date rather old and not very clean which lead to a smell in our room . Our shower hand held was broken and later we had no water after I was full of soap all over my body rinsed with tap water. For 1200.00 this place needs improvements on lighting in the halls and bed rooms , 1 chair only small rooms just no comforter in the over all atmosphere.

The room was smaller than expected and very expensive. After unpacking we found that the hot water was not working - which it seems reception was aware of but did not mention when checking in.
