Nous avons eu un gros problème avec le bruit dans la chambre à coté. J'ai tente de communiquer avec l'hotel à 3 reprises mais je suis toujours sans nouvelle. Il y a un du bruit, de la bagarre et des policier sont venu dans la chambre juste a coté de nous ainsi que dans le couloir, ca nous a empêché de dormir un bonne partie de la nuit. J'ai meme eu peur pour ma sécurité. Je ne recommande pas cette hotel puisqu'il ne vous prendrons pas en charge ou ne vous offrirons aucun dédommagement dans le cas ou ca va mal.

Great location, wonderful stay!
Pros:

The location was amazing! We were there for a concert and the hotel is a quick walk to the Bell Centre. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Couldn't ask for a better experience and hotel!
