Fatiguant vu le manque de sommeil causé par les bruits ambiants.
Pros:

Petit-déjeuner non compris. Devait être pris dans un établissement situé dans le même bâtiment mais à payer séparément chaque matin

Cons:

Isolation acoustique mauvaise. Impression de vivre avec les voisins et bruit insoutenable en provenance de la rue.

Ordinaire sans plus, pas possible de bien dormir

Le personnel est un peu indifférent, les serviettes n’étaient pas dans la chambre qui avait la porte entrouverte et au matin à 7:00 la femme de
ménage fait son chariot devant matin porte de chambre, je dois me lever et lui dire de s’éloigner ou trouver un local pour préparer ses trucs ou d’aller en bas le faire et remonter sinon, je n’ai pas pu me rendormir, c’est ainsi quand je me réveille le matin je n’ai plus la capacité de me rendormir alors que je m’étais couché à 2:30 du matin après le match des canadiens en prolongation.

I will try another hotel next time unless immense incentives offered.
Pros:

Location was good. Room was acceptable. Staff were great. We did not use the restaurant or other facilities. Coffee machines were EXCELLENT. The Cora breakfast deal is good.

Cons:

The hotel overall and the room felt worn out. The sheets were clean the room was modern but the little things that make it exceptional were not there.
The shower leaked under the door and we had to put towels down just not to slip and fall and die or sue the place. And when we grabbed two towels to put down off the room service cart the lady gave us lip about that which was not nice. The TV was huge, which is great but the internet to watch anything on it was so weak we couldn’t even use the TV so we just gave up watching it. The elevators were not working properly only one of the two ever worked. We could bot use the stairs and the elevator from street level to reception level looks like a disaster and is slow and loud enough to scare you. When we were checked out and leaving it didnt work at all so we had to ask someone to help us carry someone up the stairs to the street level. Parking was horrendous and a ripoff as most places there

It was fine. No more. No less.
Pros:

It worked for our need of attending an event in Montreal and spending minimal time at the hotel.

Cons:

The front desk people were not particularly friendly. One of the two elevators was broken for the duration of our stay. The hotel room was poorly lit. The room was very small. The drawers under the bed is a weird set up for clothing storage.

Excellent stay
Pros:

The room was large with a King bed and a pull out sofa. The location was excellent for attend the Habs game!

Cons:

Parking was a bit far away and they did not give me a code to get the car in the morning.

Hotel Europa downtown Montreal
Pros:

Good value for the centre of Montreal. Very comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Smooth, simple check in/out. Decent gym. Cora restaurant attached serves really good breakfasts.

Cons:

Whole property is a bit worn around the edges. (Still good, basic accommodations, though.)

Had a lot of trouble with items in the room needing repair. Took a long time to get staff to fix problems. Housekeeping was a nightmare. Didn’t come when asked
