Exactly as expected!
Pros:

Great location! Close to downtown, but inside the hotel it feels quiet. The room was spacious and clean, check-in and check out were easy.

I didn’t get what I paid for

It was near st Catherine

Cons:

The they didn’t give me the room I booked. When I arrived they told me the room I booked was already taken and I needed that room because we were 3. It was embarrassing and when I asked if the downgrade was cheaper they said no

The staff were helpful. Good location.

Cons:

Our room had a noise in the ceiling area (an electricity noise). I reported this and was told that Maintenance would look at it. But the noise remained.

It is in the middle of the construction on St Catherine Street which has been going on for years since they are replacing the pipes. Think people should be warned in advance!

Great stay - I will return next time I'm in Montreal.

Great service - shout out to Isaac at the front desk who helped me out daily, as I wasn't sure if I was going to need to book another day due to the nature of my visit. My husband was in Montreal General Hospital and I was staying in the hotel awaiting his discharge date. Isaac did a wonderful job accommodating me each day, and keeping me informed of room availability. He also arranged that I stay in the same room when I would tell him last minute that I needed to stay yet another day.

Good location, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Perfect location to go to events en Bell Centre. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

The check in is too late at 16:00. We arrived at 14:00, that is ok but we came back at 16:20 and our room was not ready. At 17:00 we accepted another room because it was not ready yet.

Safe, clean, fine, but not nice enough for a long stay.
Pros:

The room was clean and properly equipped with charging ports etc.

Cons:

The property makes no sense. You enter, have to take an elevator down half a floor, then take a different elevator back up. The elevators were tiny and dirty, with garbage on the ground. They were also slow. We had a lower courtyard room so we basically looked out at mechanical equipment and no view. That’s fine because it was a quick overnight stay, we just wanted something close to the train and reasonably priced. But the hotel was dumpy. They repeatedly emailed to suggest I spend more to upgrade the room. I didn’t, so I knew we would be in a cheap room. But also, if you have all these empty upgrade rooms, a lot of hotels just upgrade you so you have a better experience. This isn’t that hotel. Hotel was fine - safe, well situated, clean enough, but nothing special. Fine for one night but if our main stay was booked there I would be disappointed.

Had to change room due to no covers over window. Noisy area. Cracked tiles in bathroom. Coffee machine did not work. No facilities for tea making. No wake call which we had booked.
