Because of the location and the breakfast, I will return for a short stay, when and if it is needed
Pros:

The breakfast is one of the best things of the hotel. The hotel is located in a very convenient area. Near to the beach, the hospital, to many good restaurants and to the mall.

Cons:

The hotel need maintenance and renovation. The toilet seat was totally loose. We asked someone to fix it, but they didn't do it. The mattress had the springs punching my back. You can see that this was a really good hotel. But it needs renovation.

Fabulous staff.
Great location to get to places.

Cons:

Lifts constantly out of order.
Towels were worn.
Paint Finish in rooms were poor.
Furniture seen better days.
Gym needs updating including equipment has not change in the last ten years.

Good, but could have been better.
Pros:

Location is strategic, away from the hectic town but not too far from Gurney and Tg. Bunga onwards. Reception staffs are helpful, parkings availability are sufficient

Cons:

The room was told had been newly renovated, but the furnitures have seen better days. The blanket has stain on it, but was quickly replaced by them. Iron and ironing board have to request from room svc. Basement parking area not well lit, would pose some risk at night.

Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

The room looked far from the illustrations. Very dated. Definitely needs refurbishing. From the air conditioner to the fittings in the bathroom. Definitely not worth the price.

Pros:

Staff were accommodating and friendly.
Excellent location and views.

Cons:

Breakfast provided was aim more for the local and muslim tourists therefore it lacked a bit.
Gym well overdue for reno and new equipment - Very substandard.
Floors Needs a freshen up with paint and new carpet. Stayed in a renovated room that was
not well done.

Was good overall, will stay there again
Pros:

The room was kept well, I like the satellite channels since I love to watch TV at night. The water was hot for showers and room service was excellent.

Cons:

Room safe not working, never got fixed, fix your room safes! There was someone's old food in the room fridge not cleaned out! The TV satellite channels did not work on my last night. Also, keep all elevators working, very troublesome and time-wasting waiting for one lift to go up and down with holiday crowds especially. Need to do a better maintenance job on those.

Pros:

Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Cons:

Er waren maar 3 liften, waarvan 1 kapot. Daarom heel lang wachten op de lift, soms 15 min… De kamer was goed, maar gedateerd en geen centrale plaats om de lampen aan en uit te zetten. Wifi was slecht en niet beveiligd. Blijkbaar was het een kamer waar gerookt mocht worden, want er stonden asbakken
