Cleanliness Issue
Pros:

I like that Mr. Ridzuan tried his best to accommodate my stay by upgrading my room after the issue found in my room (obscene sketches).

Cons:

Cleanliness. Room was not clean properly resulted the obscene sketches in my bathroom mirrors were not wiped properly from the previous guest. I made a complaint. On the second day still the issue was not rectified.

Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a pleasant stay.

Cons:

During breakfast, especially for the fried rice, there was a slightly burnt smell during cooking. However, the banana cengkodok was very delicious. It would also be better if plain drinking water was provided, as only teh tarik and cold water were available.

Nice stay
Pros:

Sleep tight at night after busy work on the day…got nice breakfast in the morning…hope will be repeating to stay someday

Good to stay for short vacation not for honeymoon
Pros:

I like the receptionist welcoming and bell boy service carrying my luggage to the room. The breakfast also were pretty good. Many choices.

Cons:

I don't like the room. Requesting for high floor room but they gave me 19th floor. The room is not facing to the city view.
