Receptionist was sitting at a table by the door talking on the phone. Stated to someone on the phone that some homeless people walked in (referring to us). I was quite taken back because like excuse me for just spending hours hooked up to a machine that pumps chemicals into my body so I can hopefully fight off the cancer that's taken over my body. I could not believe how she acted. I had also reached out to the property prior to making the reservation and they assured me that they would not run the card until 2pm as that's when my paycheck was supposed to hit and to inquire about my cat and was assured he would be accepted since I had all his vet records. Get there and it's a completely different story.
Waiting a month for my 50$ deposit.

The tv would quit working every so often and had to unplug the cable box and plug it back in to get to work.
It had a Subway on location
Had to change rooms due to bathtub backed up. Wouldn’t drain. Also WiFi for tv kept going out in first room. Also telephone in both rooms didn’t work or were turned off. Good thing I had # on my phone to call front desk. Second room was infested with mosquitos.
The breakfast was good and the staff kept the warming trays full. It was a very spacious room and everything was cleaned well and presented. It was close to the interstate and a gas station across the street which made for easy arrival and quick departure. The rates were very good and I would recommend this one to any who may pass by there
I was pleased with everything about my stay.
Was the uncleanest . The floors were wet about two foot into the hotel room, and if you walked on the floors with your socks, they would be as black as the bottom of shoes.If walked across the carpet. The staff was so unprofessional. I was asked if I was coming there to have a pool party. ?????Because I have 4 children traveling with me for vacation.
I had no idea what they were talking about. But that was the first thing that I was asked.
Very rude & doubtful sounding over what I was saying when I told her I had no idea what she was talking about.. Then, I came down the next morning to get 4 muffins and 4 cups of milk to take back to the room. So I would have for them, when they woke up, instead of bringing all of them down and maybe wasting anything else, I was also said something to at that time.By a maintenance man that came up to me and told me that I could not take stuff up to the room.After, I had gotten permission from the front desk.Because all four were asleep. VERY unprofessional, LOUD & RUDE... he should not have said anything to me. In front of a lot of people in the dining area, he should have just went to the front desk and told them what I was doing at that time They would have told him that it was okay. I have never put a bad review about a hotel because I have never had a bad experience until now.
