Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Very uncomfortable bed, and be aware that in summer the hotel has no aircon, which for a four star hotel should be standard in my view.

Ubicado en una zona muy animada, de tiendas y pequeños restaurantes, y sin embargo se descansa perfectamente, no se oye ni un ruido. El desayuno, muy completo. Todo el personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y se agradece la tarima en lugar de la moqueta omnipresente en otros hoteles. El baño era un poco pequeño pero muy cómodo, y se veía renovado hace no demasiado tiempo.

Cons:

Las habitaciones tienen radiadores clásicos para calentar, pero no hay aire acondicionado. Llegué en una ola de calor poco habitual en Bruselas y hacía un calor tremendo en la habitación. Sin embargo, sí habían puesto un gran ventilador de torre, y además el problema se arregla fácilmente dejando una ventana abierta.

Mooie ruime kamer met zitje, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

Lift was erg oud en voormalige problemen op de badkamer waren erg lelijk gerepareerd. Ik vroeg me af waarom ze dat zo laten.

Pros:

Trés bon séjour de 4 nuitées

Bien situé, quartier agréable, à proximité station de tram Stephanie et 10mn à pied metro station Louise qui, elle, se trouve à 3 stations via métro ligne 2 et 6 de la gare Bruxelles Midi. Idem pour visiter le centre touristique soit transport en commun ou  2 petits Km à pied en 20/30mn.
Hotel tres agréable, un accueuil des plus convivial, rénové récemment, grande chambre bien équipée, belle douche italienne, literie confortable, un petit déj. buffet copieux avec du choix. Les locaux accueuil, salle, salon sont tres beaux, climatisés.
A savoir pas d'airco en chambre. En période de forte chaleur comme nous en mai 30 degrés, au 5e il fait un peu chaud pour dormir, les baies, ne s'ouvrent pas et le ventilateur inefficace.
Toutefois ça n'a pas gaché notre séjour  je recommande cet hotel aussi pour son rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Juste l'absence d'airco dans les chambres (sejour sous plus de 30° fin mai) inhabituel !

Excelente localização

Cons:

O quarto não tem ar condicionado. O hotel disponibilizou um ventilador. As fotos do booking impressionam mas o hotel tem mobiliário no quarto muito antiga e desgastada.

Pros:

The location is perfect, with easy tram access to the city center and all the main sights. I was very grateful for the remarkably large room, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The modern lobby is highly welcoming, and the breakfast is good. ​I have already planned to stay here for my next trips to Brussels in the coming weeks.

Cons:

My only minor remark is that the modern style of the lobby and breakfast area didn't quite carry over into the room decor, but it didn't bother me at all.

Angenehm für Kurztrip
Pros:

Sehr gutes, vielfältiges Frühstück. Großes, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Zimmer. Großes, bequemes Bett. Gute Anbindung ins Zentrum.

Cons:

Das Fenster ließ sich nur sehr schwergängig öffnen, war aber bei den warmen Temperaturen nötig, da es keine Klimaanlage gibt.

Muy recomendable
Pros:

La habitación era muy bonita y la cama super cómoda. La ducha muy buena y con mucha potencia el agua. Estás a unos 28 min de Brussels Noord y media hora andando del centro de Bruselas.
