I was overall very happy with my stay! The hotel is very well located, making it easy to get around, and having the option for parking was really convenient. The breakfast had a great variety of options to choose from, and every single staff member I interacted with was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here.

Rooms were lovely and well sound proofed. Shower was good and the room spacious. Bonus points for having a bidet.
The springs in the bed weren’t the most comfortable, they stuck into me in places. Saying that, I was so tired, it didn’t really affect my sleep.
Location is very good, city centre is easily reached on foot or with tram. Large room with all required amenities, stylish bathroom with an actual bathtube. Friendly staff. Our room was ready for check-in already at 10AM, when we arrived. A bit pricey, but doesn't feel too high. Honestly, I think this hotel should have a higher rating.
Probably only that A/C can't be working when you are out of room with your key card (no electricity)

Finding a good hotel at good price in Brussels is not easy. I often walked down Louise skeptical of this hotel; i was wrong. Although the exterior is disappointing inside the lobby is welcoming. The room was large and pleasant. Also a good bathroom..
