אני ממליץ על המלון בגלל התחזוקה הגבוה, ארוחות עשירות, ומיקום מנצח.
Pros:

ארוחת בוקר היית עשירה, רב המלצרים שירותי ומאיר פנים. עשיתי מסאג' מרגיע שהיה יחסית יקר 100 יורו - אבל היה שווה מאוד, אחד הטובים שקיבלתי במהלך חופשה.
החדר תוחזק כל יום מחדש והיה מאוד נקי.
הקוקטליים היו ברמה טובה.
מאוד נהננו מבריכת האינפינטי.
היה נחמד שהיה אפשר להטעין עם כבלי יו אס בי ללא צורך במתאם אירופאי.
החוף מאוד קרוב, יש ליד מסעדות וטיילת.
גם חדר הכושר היה מספק במכשירים ובתחזוקה.

שירותי הכביסה במלון היו יקרים להחריד - עשינו כביסה ממול בחמישית מהכסף (תבדקו באינטרנט יש אחת קרובה).
יש רעש מעצבן מחוץ לחדרים אני לא בטוח אם זה בגלל חרקים או מתח חשמל - לא נעים אבל לא נורא.
בזמן השהות שלנו חלק מהמסעדות שבהם יכלנו להינות מארוחת הערב שכלולה במחיר היו סגורות - זה לא שוקף לנו וזה היה מבאס לגלות שלא נוכל להינות ממסעדה שרצינו בה.
השירות בקבלה יכל להיות יותר טוב.

לצערי הרב הגענו וקיבלנו חדרים לא על פי ההזמנה ולא על פי התיאור בבוקינג.
רק למחרת בצהריים המאוחרות העבירו אותנו לחדרים על פי ההזמנה.
פשוט לא נהננו , זה לא היה נוח, המיטה בחדר חרקה בלי סוף, אי נוחות כי התעסקנו במעבר חדר, לסיכום קיבלנו מה ששילמנו עבורו רק למספר שעות.

המסעדות במלון נהדרות. אהבנו מאוד את אוזרי וכל הצוות הנהדר שם דיאנה וכריסטיאן.
תודה רבה לכל הצוות שעבד מולנו מהרגע שהגענו ועשה הכל שיהיה לנו טוב. סליחה על הבלבול בשמות אבל חשוב לי להזכיר

Very disappointing…!
Pros:

The hotel is nothing like the photos unfortunately. On photos it looks amazing and spotless. We got there and upon check in the room there was a funny smell and the room was not clean! The bed had s light duvet but no duvet cover which i find very weird. I toss the duvet only to see it was dirty with makeup.. then, i go to shower and the bath robe was stained.. i asked for housekeeping who came immediately and i was told that the particular area of the hotel dont have duvet covers and the opposite side of the hotel have duvet covers (weird huh)
No apology from the staff members.. no acknowledgment.. nothing! We paid almost 450€ for one night in this hotel, some people work hard to be able to go to a hotel to spend a good time and receive a 5* service and this hotel did not meet our expectations at all!
The worst part was we waited for sunset to visit the roof top which on booking.com looks amazing, only to see that it is not upkept, dirty, everywhere is full of bird shit.. the restaurant we went to have a bite and all the pillows were dirty mainly with bird poop and leaves.
The curtains in the breakfast restaurant are old, dirty, look like a very old fashioned cheap restaurant..

Pros:

Beautiful seaview rooms, nice room service, general manager is excellent but staff need more training how to handle VIP guests. The cleaning crew are excellent. The bar staff at reception are fabulous. The reservations team is great.

Cons:

I ordered coffee at breakfast, I never came! Staff at omelette station were not helpful, they were more interested in conversing between themselves rather then serving the guests.

The waiting and serving staff at breakfast area are super slow, either understaffed or not efficient. In general breakfast options were very small and limited for such a large hotel. Serving proseco at breakfast buffet is an expectation at a 5 star beach front hotel of this calibre.

I ordered flowers pripr to arrival as a suprises for a birthday party, the staff were not aware enough to take care of it. The security person did not let the flower delivery person through until I had to call in front of the person who had birthday and explain to him that it's flowers, totally destroying the suprise element.

In general the staff need to be trained to handle VIP guests.
