If you are a woman by yourself this is NOT the place to stay!!
Pros:

Great location! Room was clean. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Telephone in room did not work, couldn’t even call the front desk. Also, the television did not work. But the scariest thing was that they allow men to hang out in the stairway at all hours. Fortunately my husband was with me on this trip and I was not alone as I usually am. Personally, I will never stay here if I am alone. We did bring this to the attention of the front desk and they were not concerned.

Overall the stay was good
Pros:

We didn't wake up in time for breakfast they close breakfast to early

It was Ok!
Pros:

The room was nice.

Cons:

The restroom needs to be updated, the Door to the room needs to be replaced! The Free Breakfast was TERRIBLE!

Pros:

Best Western contacted me and said it had NO room for us!! However, they did place us with another hotel which was fine. So the poor marks are only for the fact we did not stay there, not for any other issues. Again, the re-book by BW was fine.

Awesome staff!
Pros:

The motel was very clean and comfortable. The bed was perfect if you don't need the extra deep pillow top for arthritic hips and shoulders. The best part was, I had a problem when making my reservation and accidentally reserved the wrong type of room. It was a non-refundable last minute booking but Dana and Mitzi solved the issue for me with speed and compassion! I was relaxing in bed watching TV in no time. 😁

Cons:

For me, I need more pillow top because of arthritis
