Stay was adequate but little disappointed in the room and didn't know hotel houses service workers.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Could change the menu once in a while. Add decaffeinated coffee. Desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Housekeeping staff very loud in the hallway. Never stayed at a place where they dump piles of sheets in the halls. Not sure about your deal with the ESS workers. First night they were very loud, like staying in a college dorm. Rooms need updating. AC very loud stay

Check that facility thoroughly for mold
Cons:

Breakfast bar was under stocked . Simple things like milk and juice not available . Didn’t have bowls for cereal one of the two mornings. Our room had an overwhelming smell of mold at the entrance to room / bathroom became overbearing to deal with . Luckily we only had to be there two days.
