The location is good

Overall, the place was clean and reasonably comfortable, but the facilities are clearly outdated and in need of renovation. When we checked into our room, the door would not close properly until a staff member came to lubricate the lock. The air conditioners were also very old — all the numbers and labels had worn off, so it was impossible to understand which mode or temperature was selected.

The worst part of our stay, however, was the behavior of the staff. My husband is Israeli, and during check-in, the receptionist, Matthias, noticed the nationality in his passport and then very deliberately gestured the Star of David to his colleague in a mocking way. We found this behavior deeply inappropriate and unprofessional. Someone with this attitude should not be working in hospitality. This incident seriously damaged our overall impression of the stay.

Pas satisfait
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était fourni, mais dommage qu'ils ne proposent pas de diner. Il fallait sortir de l'hôtel pour manger et avec un enfant ce n'était pas évident.

Cons:

La climatisation de la chambre était hs. A notre arrivée nous avons signalé le problème, ils ont donné une autre chambre + un ventilateur, mais la clim ne fonctionnait toujours. Le second jour nous avons encore signalé le problème, ils nous changé encore une fois de chambre. La troisième était nettement meilleure que les deux précédentes.
