I ask for accessible bedroom. It had no closet or dresser. When I mentioned it to the woman at the front desk, she confirmed that accessible room did not have closets nor dressers(!). She gave me a non accessible room - which I saw also did not have a closet or dresser! I was then given a third room which at least had a closet. On my last morning there, I dropped something at the foot of my bed, when I reach done I noticed that there were two drawers at the foot of my bed that I could have used as a dresser. Not a hotel for folks who need an accessible room!

Hotel très bien situé à San Francisco. , personnel très gentil et à notre ecoute.
La chambre ainsi que la salle de bain étaient tres propre.

Il manquerait une petite étagère dans la salle de bain 😊

If I had to state again I would price was basically free for 3 nights on a busy weekend

Muy lindo hotel y su servicios de lujo. Raji (que se encuentra en el check in) es sobrevalorable su trabajo y atencion con la gente. Gracias, estamos muy agradecidos!

Cons:

La ubicacion no es un lugar tan agradable por las noches o mañanas temprano. Pero no pasa nada, solo muchos homeless.

Die Lage perfekt in der Nähe zur Powell Street. Barth Station, Cable Car usw. Sehr nettes Personal, sauberes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. Die homeless People sind da aber nicht bedrohlich. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt.

Cons:

Die homeless People waren nicht aufdringlich aber nachts teilweise sehr laut was bei dem hellhörigen Zimmern sehr störend war.

Pros:

The property was okay but I think the staff is being criminal and letting other criminals use the property to commit terrible crimes. While I was sleeping the cameras were turned off and a group of people in masks came into my window(which was broken) and re infected my lip with the staphylococcal virus and biohacked me while I slept, I got very sick and my property vandalized and stolen, my iPad was broken and I had to take it to the apple in store in union square. Then a whole bag of clothes and skincare was taken, the staff was pushy the breakfast was scary, I felt like the cctv was off and the staff was rude and ignored my language.
