Mooi, netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Helaas niet stil/ rustig.
Pros:

Een mooi en net hotel, van alle gemakken voorzien. Het geluid van buiten hebben wij niet als heel storend ervaren.

Cons:

Helaas wel heel erg last gehad van geluid van zware dichtslaande deuren (of iets wat daar op leek). Daardoor zeer slecht geslapen, want dit dreunde om de paar minuten, gewoon door je oordoppen heen. Mogelijk is dit niet in elke kamer zo, wij zaten in een kamer aan het einde van de gang, naast de noodtrap.

Pros:

The staff was not only polite but also truly friendly. We were told the delicious seasonal beverage served in the lobby was made by the hotel's chef, Edgar. Decorations were set by a staff member, Lucia. This cozy autumn accent seems to be just a detail but to us it was a carefully crafted experience.

The room, as well as all hotel spaces were clean. We enjoyed the wide choice with Dutch accents at breakfast.

Zeer fijn verblijf!
Pros:

Zeer fijn hotel nabij veel verkeer en treinen, maar dit hoor je binnen echt niet. Check-in verliep snel en vriendelijk. Vanaf hotel zeer snel in het centrum door te wandelen. Fijn geslapen in het fijne bed.

Cons:

Parkeerkosten zijn hoog, maar je zit midden in Utrecht.

Good for a short stay or business trip.
Pros:

The room was spacious, modern, well equipped and clean. The staff were great, thanks again to Elvis for his great restaurant service.

Cons:

The location is good for access to the station and the town centre but feels pretty unsafe at night. I decided to stay in the hotel instead of going out for dinner.
One thing that can be changed however, is free water! In my room I had a bathrobe and slippers but no water. I find it a basic and certainly for the price of the room.

Pros:

Gelukkig bij de tweede boeking nu een gerenoveerde kamer. Zoals ik dit hotel ken. Ligging is goed, ruime kamer, goed ontbijt.

Cons:

Ik kan me voorstellen dat de ligging naast de daklozenopvang wel af kan schrikken. Maar je hebt er geen last van.
Mannelijk personeel bij incheck erg nonchalant.

Take note of customer requests for housekeeping
Pros:

Location to city centre and central train station was good.

Cons:

Despite opting out of the ‘eco’ scheme and leaving our make up our room sign daily we never had any housekeeping attend our room in 3 days. This meant that we had no clean towels or supplies of tea coffee and toilet rolls etc.
I had to attend reception on our final morning to obtain room supplies for myself and my wife with no explanation from reception staff as to why this happened.
At over €220 per night this was very poor service and not what is expected of a 4 star hotel.

Top verblijf bij het centrum
Pros:

Vriendelijk ontvangst, locatie is uitstekend. Ontzettend schone kamer … bedden top !

Cons:

De bar zou om 23.00 sluiten
We konden om 22.55 geen cocktail meer bestellen. Alleen bier en wijn . Barman was niet vriendelijk … helaas. Ontzettend jammer
