I very much like the staff, parking and the room. Everybody was very helpful, let us check-out a bit later due to graduation of our son - it was our second time staying in the hotel and we’ll for sure come again.
The location might be not in the best neighbourhood, but it’s very central and close to everything.
Very nice hotel - clean and comfortable - with Air Conditioning!!
The breakfast was excellent, and the proximity to the old town and rail station were close walking distance.

Frisches Obst beim Frühstück war schön. Wir hatten uns am 1. Abend mit unserer eigenen Flasche Wein und 2 Wassergläser nach draußen gesetzt. Ein sehr netter Mitarbeiter brachte uns dann von sich aus 2 Weingläser. Das fanden wir sehr aufmerksam. Man konnte fußläufig gut ins Zentrum kommen.
Frühstück und Parkplatz sehr teuer. Brötchen und Brot sehr weich und nicht so lecker.
Ein junger Mitarbeiter ist uns sehr negativ aufgefallen. Er war morgens beim Frühstück. Er war so langsam beim Tisch abräumen, unglaublich. Und dann hat er auch noch alle Krümel vom Tisch einfach auf den Boden gewischt. Unglaublich.
Die Lage des Hotels war nicht so schön.
I booked into the Park Plaza for one night on August 19th last, not knowing at the time that my company had booked me in elsewhere that night. The Park Plaza was well entitled to charge me the full amount for cancelling, but after I contacted them requesting that they didn't (outlining what my company had done) no money was taken out of my card. Truly decent of the hotel team!
Even though I didn't stay at the hotel, I'm giving 5 stars for this!
