Beautiful place! Beautiful atmosphere, beautiful food, staff and worth the money!
Pros:

I absolutely loved the room we stayed in, had also a really big beautiful balcony. The staff were so friendly and approachable. The food and drinks were great and also the pool was clean and not too deep. Also the breakfast buffet was also so good had a good variety of things to select to eat.

Cons:

The aircon would sometimes play up and it takes a while for it to be cold enough.

Un très beau séjour dans un hôtel agréable, au cœur d’Apia. 🌺
Pros:

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L’hôtel est magnifique, les jardins sont superbes et la piscine est très appréciable. Nous avons aimé le confort de notre chambre et le petit-déjeuner inclus. Une belle adresse à Apia !

Good base of operations in Apia
Pros:

There is not much accommodation (at all) in Samoa, so it was nice to have a dependable, professionally-run base for our stay. It's a great location for day trips as everyone knows it. We were nearby the annual Meassina festival, which was worth checking out. The hotel is walking distance from the flea market, the samoa cultural village, and Milani Cafe and Cakes. It is only a short taxi ride to other locations such as Paddles Restaurant. The breakfast fine but basic; they'll make you eggs how you like, and there was fresh fruit. They also had more traditional Samoan foods to try for breakfast if you want - like kokoa rice. The pool are is comfortable, with a shower for rinsing, and the hotel grounds feel like a garden. Our room was large, clean, and was comfortable despite being a little tired. It's a major hotel so it's easy for pickups for tours - the staff helped us book a driver too and from the Robert Louis Stevenson museum (also recommended). Staff were very friendly - helping us get tourist SIMs.

Cons:

Some of the staff seemed to know what was going on, but others not so much. The (optional) Fiafia night was ok, and the staff from the hotel were part of the show - but it was quite expensive for what it was.

Out of the three accommodations we stayed at, this was definitely my favourite. I personally preferred staying here over
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly, welcoming and so helpful throughout our stay. The cleaners were also lovely and did a great job keeping our room clean and tidy. Having our water bottles refilled every day was such a thoughtful bonus.

The breakfast and dinner buffet were delicious, and we absolutely loved the Fiafia Night. The pool was perfect for the kids, and we all really enjoyed our time here.

The location was very convenient and made it easy for us to get around. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi were also great, which made our stay even more comfortable.

Overall, the kids and I had such a lovely stay. We really appreciated how helpful and accommodating everyone was, and we would definitely stay here again! ❤️🌺

Cons:

One small thing to note is that the walls aren’t very soundproof, so we could hear the neighbours arguing/ talking as well as some bass sounds vibrating through the walls. It wasn’t a major issue for me personally and didn’t really affect my stay, but it’s something worth mentioning for anyone who prefers a quieter environment or is a light sleeper.

Nice place to stay when you first arrive in Apia, but go out and find other places for dinner some times.
Pros:

Very nice looking resort with lovely gardens. Pool is nice. Handy location in Apia, but nice and quiet. Our room backed onto a wild garden with lots of birds flying by, which was really nice.
Good aircon, which was essential.

Cons:

The first night, they had a conference, so we could only choose bar food to eat. Not a great menu - pizza was ok, but not what we wanted on our first night in Samoa. Cocktails were hit and miss - daily special was nice though!

Great location good facilities will stay again
Pros:

The location was great really easy to get around from walk to places etc.
Gym facilities great for a small space good all round equipment.
Room was great large, bathroom was big but would’ve liked better extraction fan to clear out but overall was good.
The kitchen staff were great every breakfast they were lovely chatty went out of their way to help us with anything we needed they were amazing

Cons:

The reception staff were not helpful they should’ve been, they weren’t chatty or forthcoming with information we had to constantly ask or prompt for help with information. As a resort assisting out of town people this should be the first point of contact and we should feel welcomed. Some of them never smiled it sounded like a bother to ask a question and they did not make me feel welcomed they need more high quality customer service training this was not all of them but most
