Cons:

Very small rooms. No iron or ironing board in the room. No espresso machine in the room. You need to go downstairs to the gym area to iron the clothes.

This is an expensive and not very good hotel. The bed was okay. That's all I can say about it.

Cons:

The hotel's location is extremely inconvenient. It's located on a high hill. Walking there (especially with luggage) is pure torture. Yes, there's a city park nearby, but everything else is not. The lighting in the room is terrible. There's some kind of wild monster hanging above the bed instead of a lamp. Plus, the room is still dark, uncomfortable and very small. There's no kettle, so it's impossible to make tea or coffee. The WiFi works intermittently. Instead of a shower, there's an ancient bathtub with a slippery floor. No matter how hard you try, the water leaks onto the floor. These wonderful people didn't bother to provide soap. Seriously, why would a guest need soap? I paid for the room in advance, but they still asked for my credit card. I asked why. They said: what if you steal something or drink at the bar and run away. I've never encountered such rudeness anywhere in Norway. Even if they pay me, I will never come to this hotel again.

Pros:

God standard og komfortable rom. Frokosten var veldig bra, med et stort utvalg av mat og noe for enhver smak. Hotellet ligger meget sentralt noe som gjør det enkelt å komme seg rundt. Et godt valg for et opphold i Ålesund.

Cons:

Det var ikke vannkoker på rommet. Vi måtte kjøpe vann og te.
