If you need to stay in center of Lillehammer
Pros:

The location is great, in the center. The breakfast is good to.

Cons:

The view from the room was awful (basically a desolate courtyard with noise from a machine).
We also had a surprising arrival as you need to show your passport (physical, no photo accepted) if you are a foreigner and I realised I forgot my wallet (I live in Norway). The reception lady was determined to give us a life lesson for next time rather than being helpful. When we suggested changing the booking name to my husband’s who is Norwegian and had a physical ID, it was no longer a problème. She did not check any ID in the end. Very unpleasant for no reason, at 10pm.

Sentralt og rolig. Rent og fint.

Cons:

Lite serviceinnstilt personale i resepsjonen. Skulle kjøpe et vinglass i resepsjonen og spurte hva de hadde. Ble introdusert for to viner, der kompetansen på vin var så som så. Valgte en portugisisk før jeg så det var alkoholfri rødvin. Da jeg poengterte at jeg ikke ville ha alkoholfri sa hun at det ikke var alkoholfri, men at organisk vin gjerne inneholder 0,5%. Ellers lite vennlig i tonen og noe påståelig.

Praktisk beliggenhet , ok rom

Cons:

Var hår/lodotter på badet, ekstremt lytt ut på gaten fra rommet. Var lørdag og mye støy utenfor, men hørte så godt at man hørte hva de snakket om
