Good location
Pros:

The location was great! Very central so once you’ve parked your car you can just walk everywhere. Easy to check in and check out. Most staff were good but a couple preferred to ignore unless they had to engage. On site parking was convenient. Bed reasonably comfortable. Complimentary bathroom items such as dental and shave kit.

Cons:

Cost of parking (but that’s just Brisbane parking I guess). Didn’t feel very clean but that could be because it is a dated room (could be just Brisbane accommodation though). There was a breakfast form already filled out from a previous guest on the bed which I thought was a bit odd and made me wonder what else was missed. The shower was in the bathtub and very small even for me who is a short person- felt quite unsafe. The entrance and exit to the car park is a tight fit where the stop part to wait for traffic coming down could make it hard for cars to exit, I was lucky no cars were waiting to come up as the other car would have had to reverse back. Suitable for smaller cars or suv.

average as plumbing was very noisy
Pros:

friendly and helpfull staff

Cons:

the plumbing in the apartment was very loud. We could not fall asleep as if anyone above used bathrooms there was this thumping noise of a pump starting and stopping and water running.
The carpets where also very old and dirty.

Bad stay
Pros:

I liked that there was a pool.

Cons:

It was located next to a construction site which started drilling non-stop at 6am onwards and the hotel room wasn't very clean the shower looked really dirty.
