Reasonable value but wouldn’t return.
Pros:

Location was ok being near supermarket, restaurants, and riverside walk. The woman at reception on arrival was very good. Car parking wasn’t a problem.

Cons:

Balcony view was awful. Room was tired. Breakfast area was pretty grim. Items ran out and weren’t quickly replaced. Food itself was ok eg orange juice and granola.

Disappointing

The staff, ample parking and spacious rooms.

Cons:

The property overall is very dated, outside of the property was unclean. The breakfast was well below average, very limited options. The restaurant is closed which was disappointing as we chose this hotel because it had an onsite restaurant. Luckily the friendly staff told us about Browns Social House across the highway which serves a fabulous meal.

Would have been just OK if frount door guy was better at his job

Cons:

The way the workers try to leverage you into the Best Western membership is super lame. Clearly, Best Western is pressuring them to do it, and they are doing it in really bad ways.

Saying yes to early entrance and an hour previously, then making me wait 35 minutes after saying it was ready, and then, when they are about to check me in, trying to charge me an early check-in fee unless I sign up. Then, when I challenge the fact that was never mentioned, the response is that every hotel charges an early check-in fee as though it's my problem; I didn't assume they would charge me more.

I get it. if theres a charge, just tell me, and when I feel like I was manipulated, at least offer some sort of acknowledgment.

You might as well stay at a budget hotel; at least the price will match

Pros:

Not much choices and to wait for fresh cooked food.

Cons:

Booking the room the site didn't give the option of saying you had a pet. The rooms for pets had carpet and you could see all the pee stains. NO CARPET would be better and easier to keep clean.

Pet friendly facility close to nature walk
Pros:

Location was perfect! Close to town and highway entrances, but not too much traffic noise. There is a river walk that starts under the bridge behind the hotel and walks around the private airport and bay that was just the right length to get some exercise before tucking in for the night.

Cons:

We were the first of several 'pet friendly' rooms so activity by our door was constant and noisy and we were quite close to
the bar so there was a slight din from the chatter and pool tables until it closed. The door to the patio was rickety and felt
like it could easily be breached. Luckily I had built in security. Good dog!

Zentrale Lage, geräumige Zimmer, sehr gute Betten

Cons:

Kleines Bad. Das Frühstück ist recht übersichtlich. Die Auswahl ist sehr gering und es fehlte immer etwas. Mal die Kaffeetassen, dann die Gläser für den Juice oder die Kartoffeln. Früchte gab es gar keine, obwohl eine Schale dafür vorgesehen ist. Das hatten wir in anderen Best Western schon deutlich besser.
