Khách sạn có phong cách cổ điển rất thú vị, nhân viên nhiệt tình và chu đáo. Nơi đây mang lại cảm giác ấm áp và bình yên. Khách sạn nằm ở vị trí trung tâm thành phố, kế bên nhà thờ con gà, thuận tiện đi lại. Buffet sáng khá ổn.

Cons:

Vì khách sạn được xây khá lâu nên cách âm không được tốt. Nhân viên nên chủ động giới thiệu cho khách những tiện ích của tổ hợp khách sạn.

Location is perfect. Hotel is in the center area, just 5 mins walk from the Ho Xuan Huong lake. View from the room is great. The time for breakfast is long enough.

Cons:

The room was too cramped, the bed was small, and the soundproofing was not good, so there was a lot of traffic noise since the hotel is located in the city center on a main street.
The breakfast was poor and lacked variety. There was not even pâté for the bread or boiled eggs, which are traditional and safe breakfast options. The menu hardly changed from day to day, so the food became quite boring.
