Hotel trés bien placé sur 2 lignes de métro et trés appréciable pour se déplacer. Pt déjeuner complet

Un gros manque de personnel qui parle français. Je me débrouille en anglais mais pour des détails d explications c était compliqué et j ai compris que c était a moi de faire des efforts, le personnel de l accueil n était pas toujours très aidant, me faisant comprendre que je ne parlais pas leur langue.
Les 2 fois ou j ai eu un monsieur qui parlant français j ai apprécié et surtout sa gentillesse. pour un hôtel 4 étoiles plus de personnel parant plusieurs langues est un minimum qu on attend.

Hotel atende muito bem os hóspedes, desde atendimento dos funcionários, localização, instalações e o café da manhã.

Cons:

Apenas não ter no quarto o porta malas (dobrável) para o segundo hóspede.

Funcionário da recepção com uma atitude de antipatia e sobranceria foi incapaz de dizer um simples boa tarde à chegada ao alojamento
Pior que tal atitude foi ter digitalizado os cartões de cidadão afirmando que tal era permitido quando questionado sobre esse procedimento pela minha esposa
Confirmamos posteriormente que a lei proibe cópia ou digitalização do documento de identificação bastando ao alojamento confirmar a identidade pela sua exibição
Se é um procedimento habitual do hotel é ilegal e deverá ser objecto de intervenção da entidade reguladora pelo que iremos apresentar reclamação por via electrónica
