Pros:

Personnel agréable. Chambre refaite, propre

Cons:

Problème de télévision, chaîne qui ne marche pas dans la 1er chambre, on m a changé de chambre idem. La personne de l acceuil adorable. Il a fait tout son possible mais idem dans la 2eme chambre. Problème a réglé car ce n est pas normal d être ss tv a l hotel

A decent hotel in a nice location with comfortable beds.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable, and the room was a decent size. The location was very convenient - the subway station is right outside the hotel, and there is a mall with plenty of dining options nearby.

Cons:

I couldn't open the window or control the AC. The breakfast options were limited; both days we arrived 45 minutes before closing, two of the warm dishes were already empty and weren't refilled.

L'emplacement par rapport au métro est clairement le point fort de cet hôtel.

Cons:

L'accueil n'est pas très agréable. Le personnel ne sait pas expliquer comment fonctionne le restaurant de son propre hôtel.

Cons:

La chambre trop exiguë alors qu’il était indiquée une chambre de 12metres carrés, la fenêtre condamnée, le bruit des travaux trop tôt un week-end, pas de salon de repos , info erronée sur le coût du parking (indiqué dans le mail de réservation et affiché dans la chambre), personnel non informé et donc ne peut renseigner le client.

Practical but not pretty.
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Big, clean, nicely decorated room. Breakfast was very good, despite the temporary, rather uninspiring setting.

Cons:

I ended up in a disabled room, which was nice from a space point of view. But the shower totally flooded the bathroom floor, which wasn’t a great experience. No one wants to use a toilet when the floors are wet. There were also renovations happening so it was noisy from early morning. Windows did not open, which would have been fine if I was not there during the heat wave. Fan’s swing function was broken. Location not great from an aesthetic point of view but practical as a transit hub.

Pros:

The interior. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

We had no electricity, so we could not use the television, could not charge our phones etc. The next morning the water was not working, so we were not able to shower properly or flush the toilet.

الغرف صغيره جدا والبوكنك يكتب ان الفندق يحتوي على تبريد لكنه لا يحتوي حتى على شباك حيث ان الشبابيك مغلقه وممنوع فتحها

Stanze molto carine, ragazzo alla reception molto gentile.

Cons:

All’arrivo ci è stata consegnata una stanza che non era quella da noi prenotata, in quanto era una twin con letti singoli e non una doppia matrimoniale come richiesto al momento della prenotazione (e per cui abbiamo pagato).
In aggiunta, quando abbiamo chiesto le motivazioni ci è stato detto che non avevano stanze con letto matrimoniale e che “pensavamo vi andasse bene lo stesso” (cito). Molto delusi. Il giorno seguente ci hanno fatto cambiare stanza, però per una notte su due abbiamo dormito in una stanza da noi non richiesta.

Altra cosa, non siamo riusciti a dormire per tutta la mattinata perchè alle 7 di mattina hanno iniziato a fare lavori e martellare dal piano di sopra.

They stated they had air conditioning but they didn’t, arrived in Paris with my family during a heatwave and had to move to another hotel, thankfully as they could not fulfill what they advertised they fully refined our money
