Le lit est confortable c’est tout

Cons:

Le personnel du petit déjeuner qui nous a presque crié dessus parce que nous croyions que le petit déjeuner était inclus dans notre réservation, il aurait pu le dire autrement d’ailleurs j’en ai parlé au réceptionniste. Le gars du restaurant très désagréable. Il nous escorté comme des bandits

L'équipement de la chambre, la belle qualité du couchage, la vraie salle de bain spacieuse.

Nous sommes arrivés vers 17h30, seuls clients à l'accueil, l'agent d'accueil était au téléphone donc nous avons attendu, logique. Une personne est arrivée, passe avant nous et parle avec l'agent d'accueil, visiblement il s'agissait d'une employée de l'hôtel qui terminait son service, mangeant une banane (!!!) et discutant fort avec lui.
Pas un mot d'excuse, pas grave en soi, mais un sourire à notre égard, au moins de la part du monsieur de l'accueil aurait été bien venu.
Dommage, très bel et bon hôtel pour le reste.

Cela fait déjà plusieurs années que nous y venons, et continuerons .
Pros:

Une mention toute spécial pour Issa, à l’accueil. Personne exceptionnelle. D’une gentillesse incroyable, prêt à aider, à renseigner pour faire plaisir, et toujours avec un grand sourire. Un vrai bonheur. Gardez le bien, il donne beaucoup d’âme à cet établissement.
Remerciez le encore pour moi, dites lui que j’ai beaucoup apprécié sa bienveillance.
La chambre relooke , très agréable et confortable.
