When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies will apply and the customer will be contacted by the hotel with more information. 10% Non-Refundable Deposit is to be paid within 5 days of the reservation date. The balance to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. If the above payment terms are not met , The hotel reserves the right to cancel of the booking.

Other Policies : A credit card will be required on check in for payment. If the card will not be present at check in then please contact the hotel to arrange payment in advance. Credit cards will be charged 48 hours prior to arrival. Should the card decline, The hotel reserves the right to cancel of the booking

No-Show Policy:
All guests who do not arrive on their scheduled date of arrival are considered No-Shows.
No-show reservations will be canceled and charged for the first night, as per the Talbot Collection booking policy.
Once a room is released due to a no-show, there is no obligation to hold it for subsequent nights.
If a guest arrives the following day, the booking may be reinstated at management discretion.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Staff were nice but the room was a very bad experience.
Pros:

The property was okay but we had no air conditioning and our room smelt of oil

Cons:

Non functioning air conditioning and a smaller room than our peers even though we paid the same amount. Our room also smelled like oil.

Great Hotel, good location
Pros:

Nice and comfortable room, great breakfast with plenty of choice. Access to the onsite gym. Very pleaseant staff, always happy to help. Good location for access to the train station and a short drive to Dubin city centre. Will definitely return for another visit.

Good but could be better

Cons:

Rooms very warm. Aircon didnt seem to work first night so opened window but noise coming from outside window was very loud (noise from hotel heating system or something like that)
Also reserved table for 8pm when arrived no table available and had to wait almost 20 mins which wasnt really great.

Hotel is fab, food was kinda bad

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean, modern and comfortable.

Cons:

The food in the Brass restaurant was quite poor and the breakfast also wasn’t great. Value for money wasn’t good.
