Pros:

Staff were great and the room was clean. Location is superb.

Cons:

I felt the breakfast let it down. Choice was fine but quality wasn’t great, tastes like cheaper food options has been bought. I’d expect better quality for the price of the hotel.

Idéal avec un bébé
Pros:

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, proche du métro et de regent’s park.
La chambre est spacieuse même avec un lit bébé et la salle de bain rénovée et propre.
Avoir un petit frigidaire et un micro-ondes était très pratique avec bébé.
Le personnel est disponible et aux petits soins.
Nous n’hésiterons pas à séjourner à nouveau la bas !

A estadia ficou aquém das expectativas por vários motivos. A falta de elevador tornou o transporte da bagagem bastante incómodo. Além disso, o ruído na zona de circulação do hotel comprometia o silêncio e o descanso nos quartos. De manhã, o cheiro a comida espalhava-se pelos corredores e chegava ao interior dos quartos, o que era bastante desagradável.
Por fim, a cama de casal era particularmente desconfortável, com um colchão excessivamente mole, sem sustentação adequada e com uma depressão acentuada no meio.
No conjunto, estes aspetos prejudicaram significativamente o conforto da estadia. Espero que a administração do hotel tenha em consideração estas observações e procure melhorar as condições oferecidas aos hóspedes

Pros:

Fin beliggenhet, rolig strøk med kort vei til kollektiv. Gangavstand til Regent Park. Rent og ryddig på rommet som har ok størrelse. Noe trangt opp trappene, ingen heis. Grei frokost med litt til enhver.

Cons:

Vi kom litt sent til frokost, da var det nokså utplukket. Tomt for en del varmmat.
