Not a 4 stars hotel
Pros:

Location.

Cons:

Basement room with no window, smaller than anything I've seen in London, terrible staff - they start arguing at 6 am and wake you up every day

Good for short stays and for Wembley access.
Pros:

Great central location and just two stops from Wembley on the tube if you’re going for a concert (like we were). Friendly staff.

Cons:

Our room was on the third floor and you could strongly smell the drains. We were only staying one night so didn’t raise the issue.
The green exit light over the door was on all night and really lit up the room so we couldn’t sleep properly.

It was a perfect mini vacation.
Pros:

I chose this hotel for the location and I was pleasantly surprised by the room. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee and tea and a little pack of cookies every day. Although the room was quite small, it was perfect for me. The bathroom was renovated, and the bath towel was huge and thirsty. The staff helped me with my luggage as my room was on the first floor. They also ordered a taxi service that gave me a quote for the ride. It was just a 4 minute walk to the Baker Street underground.

Cons:

No complaints
