It was a very wonderful with the team here as they were very helpful to me and showed me real love like I was home.

Le séjour s'est bien passé.

Le personnel etait professionnel et à l'écoute du client.

Cons:

Il n'y a pas de prises électriques dans la douche pour permettre au client de se raser la barbe avec une tondeuse ou se faire secher les cheveux .

Chambre non nettoyée, pas d'essuies, pas de papier toilette, thermostat abîmé, bruit à l'extérieur à 3.00 du matin , bruit à l'intérieur à 3.30 du matin, système de clé électronique en panne dans tout l'hotel

Je souhaitais faire un transfert de Ibis Plateau vers Marcory le weekend, mais cela m'a été refusé ce dont je me plains.Il doit etre possible car j'aurai bien volontiers rajouter un supplément et cela serait pratique pour ma mobilité et ma commodité par rapport à mon séjour.

Not the best facility-wise but great staff
