Service
9.6
Consistently praised: reception and staff described as very friendly and helpful (quick apologies, offered a free night with breakfast, provided charger, wake-up call, taxi), justifying a high score.
Location
8.5
Generally positive: convenient for motorway and near airport for many guests; one note about limited evening/public transport schedule but overall location is an asset.

6
Problems reported: non-working air conditioning (especially in heat), TV malfunctions, brown water and aging rooms, though some guests found rooms pleasant and bathrooms large.
Amenities

Value for Money

Strongly positive: multiple guests explicitly state price-performance is unbeatable and recommend the hotel for transit/long journeys.
Food and Beverage
6.8
Inconsistent breakfast experience: one guest described the first day as a 'catastrophe' with emptied buffets by 9:30, while others praised the breakfast; overall variable quality.
