Una buona struttura
Pros:

La posizione è molto comoda; il centro dista solo circa 500 metri e la struttura da la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente. Il personale è molto gentile e la pulizia della camera era molto buona. Colazione continentale nella media.

Cons:

Quello che non ci è piaciuto è la rumorosità del sistema di climatizzazione. Dopo averlo spento abbiamo aperto le finestre arriva un forte rumore dal locale caldaia/condizionamento posto nel cortile interno. Altra cosa che ci è dispiaciuta è la presenza in stanza di un solo cuscino peraltro anche molto basso.

bad experience in key hotel, accompanied hotel's answer far away of clients right & honesty.
Pros:

only breakfast was good, location was somehow close to train station, not bad.

Cons:

Before our stay, I called the hotel and asked about an iron. They said we will lend you in your room , but when I asked for it, they told me I had to use it in a small, messy office. The rooms also had no refrigerators, and they told us to leave our things downstairs in their refrigerators.

The horrible thing happened during the first night in room 408. Around midnight, I felt something walking on my legs and biting my skin. I checked the bed with my cellphone light and found black stains and tiny black dots on the bedsheet. I took photos of the bedsheet and the bumps on my legs.

I immediately showed the photos to reception and asked for another room, but they said they were fully booked and only changed the bedsheets. The next morning, I asked Paolo and Michele to change our room and wash our clothes because they were exposed, but they refused. They even told me to call the police if I believed we were right.

That afternoon, we were moved from room 408 to 407, but our clothes were not washed. The second room had no visible problem.
At checkout, Paolo and an a person who called himself Michele ( but his actual name was LUCA BONOTTO) said you talked to my brother yesterday and now he is busy! he denied what happened and said they checked the bed and found nothing. and those bites are for mosquitos!
I told them, “If you don’t want to accept it, ok, but reality of stains on the bedsheet and bites does not change, that you don’t know anything about hygiene in your hotel!”
The bite of a mosquito is different from pests on the bed, of course you can not find them during the day because they are active at night, they are very agile for hiding, and they hide in super tiny gaps!

they were disrespectful, and waisted our time, money with their lies and not taking any responsibility!

I have the original photos of the bedsheet and my skin, and the rest of necessary files with all available metadata/information.

tutto perfetto!
Pros:

personale davvero molto gentile e molto disponibile, colazione molto abbondante, letto super comodo e tutto molto pulito!

Cons:

unica cosa non perfetta è che purtroppo le camere non sono ben isolate e si sente facilmente quello che sta facendo il vicino, ma per il resto tutto davvero perfetto!
