Très bon hotel, bien situé et personnel serviable
Pros:

Très serviables, ils nous ont pris nos bagages le matin, avant la location. L'accueil est sympathique et professionnel, la chambre est assez grande et bien équipée, le petit déjeuner est très bon. La gare Garibaldi est à 10 minutes à pied. A coté, il y a un restaurant chinois, bon , copieux et pas cher du tout.

Pros:

El alojamiento está bastante bien ubicado cerca de la estación y justo debajo tiene una parada de tranvía y la P arada de metro para poder llegar mejor al centro. El hotel es bastante cómodo y buen servicio

Cons:

No tengo nada malo que decir pero aquí es depende de lo que busques si quieres estar literalmente en el centro puedes buscar otra alternativa. Este hotel está bien ubicado y no se tarda nada en llegar a sitios de interés como el Duomo

La ubicación es excepcional. El personal de recepción muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarte en lo que necesites. Las camas eran cómodas y la habitación amplia. El desayuno buffet está muy bien y desayunas a pie del lago.

Happy with my stay, totally worth it
Pros:

It has an old-feel yet charming. The staff are nice and friendly. The room size is okay and enough for me. The aircon and fridge is working fine specially I stayed there during very warm summer. It comes with free breakfast. Location is also perfect, near the tram yet still walkable to duomo and nearby neiggborhood.

Cons:

The aircon seems to get very cold during midnight but the remote doesn't seem to work.
