O atendimento no geral e o controle do frigobar deixaram bastante a desejar. Consumimos apenas 1 barra de cereal, porém, no momento do check-out apareceram na comanda achocolatado e água de coco, itens que não foram consumidos. Informamos o ocorrido na recepção, mas a situação foi bastante desagradável e gerou desconforto.

Além disso, a limpeza do quarto poderia ser melhor. Pelo padrão da rede Mercure, esperávamos uma experiência mais cuidadosa e organizada.
