Com certeza eu voltaria a me hospedar

Eu e meu marido fomos em um final de semana, foram 3 noites apenas, como estava frio não usamos muito os outros espaços, tipo: Piscina, academia etc. Mais visitamos no último dia, tudo bem equipado,limpo ótimo.
Infelizmente 3 coisas reparei bem básicas. A tampa da chaleira elétrica estava quebrada quase entorno água quente em mim, logo fiquei esperta com ela, o champoo tinha só um fundinho tive que tirar do lugar para usar no último dia, e meio que parece nos obrigar a comprar água mineral, compramos água mais acabou e fomos na recepçao pegar só uma garrafinha até ir no mercado buscar procuramos na precepçao sempre tinha uma desculpa, que o rapaz não trocou, que ainda não veio trocar.....ok compramos água no mercado.
Enfim coisinhas que podem ficar atentos, de resto tudo certo o hotel é bom.

O atendimento é péssimo, parece que os funcionários da recepção nunca passaram por um treinamento, diria até mesmo básico.
Isso tornou a estadia uma experiência ruim, não voltaria no hotel e me arrependi da escolha.
Fiquei no pior quarto do hotel, acredito eu. Pedi com educação para o atendente ver se havia outro, pois não consegui dormir com o barulho do exaustor da cozinha, o quarto era em cima da cozinha. Paguei cerca de R$800,00 reais a diária para ter conforto e parece estava numa hospedada numa pensão.
Além de sequer constar meu pedido, ainda foi debochado e disse "nunca reclamaram". De péssima vontade, zero profissionalismo, sem educação nenhuma. Tornou a experiência que já estava frustrante por ter ficado no pior quarto, pior ainda.
