Grei frokost, god smak, savnet ingenting av utvalg.
Jevnt over bra mat i restaurant.

Supert at det er aksess til treningsrom og basseng, veldig enkelt og praktisk!
Super super service!! Personalet er blide, hjelpsomme og veldig hyggelige!
Rent og pent sted, absolutt propert! Rommet var meget godt rengjort og ble holdt bra hele oppholdet (5 netter)

Enkelt å reise inn til Edinburgh sentrum, kun litt reisetid, men det gjør ingenting når bussen har to etasjer :)
Kjempefin park med turstier rett utenfor døra.
Bussen stoppet rett ved både til flyplass og byen.

Breakfast was good

Todo muy bien. Limpio, cómodo y amplio. A sólo 20 minutos del centro de Edimburgo en transporte público, que tiene muy buen servicio.
El desayuno muy bueno y variado- se cobra aparte.

We was upgraded when we arrived to a lovely large room which was very clean

It was nice as expected . Clean room and staff friendly

Clean, massive bed, shower was good and the staff were friendly and informative.
We also had a swim and the pool and gym facilities were first class.

The hotel is lovely. Nice big rooms and very clean. Staff very friendly.

Nice and clean ,comfortable and in a nice quiet area. Close to bus transport

Large room with coffee/tea making facilities, bottled water and local sweets on arrival, comfy bed, hot showers, bonus use of swimming pool and sauna/steam room, lovely bar area and a free coffee voucher that we used in the morning to fuel us for our trip home. Bus stop 3 mins walk from hotel with regular busses into Edinburgh. An excellent location to stay at a very reasonable price to visit Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

We paid for a larger room which was useful

Our stay was pleasant overall, but there were a few aspects that were a little disappointing, particularly as we had booked three nights at the hotel.

Before our arrival, we had emailed the hotel with a special request for a room with a bathtub. Unfortunately, this could not be accommodated. We completely understand that special requests cannot always be guaranteed, but it would have been appreciated if this had been communicated to us beforehand.

Our corner room was also a little noisy. On two nights, we could hear footsteps from the room above, including around 2am, which made it difficult to sleep. We appreciate that some noise is unavoidable in a hotel, but perhaps a quieter room could be considered where possible.

We also noticed that the curtain in our room was quite dirty and could have benefited from being cleaned or replaced.

On three occasions, we tried calling reception from the room, but unfortunately the phone was not answered. This was a little inconvenient when we needed assistance.

There was also some confusion regarding the breakfast timings. We had asked reception when breakfast was served until and were told it was until 11am. However, on the day of our check-out, Tuesday, we were told that breakfast finishes at 9:30am on weekdays and is only until 11am at weekends. We would have appreciated being given the correct information when we initially asked, as unfortunately we relied on the information provided and missed breakfast on our final morning.

It would also have been nice to have a Smart TV in the room, particularly for a three-night stay, as this would have added some extra comfort and convenience.

We also felt that a few basic bathroom amenities, such as a shower cap, could have been provided. These small touches can make a hotel stay more comfortable and convenient for guests.

Overall, these were relatively small issues, but they did affect our experience.
