Comfortable bed and seamless check in / check out
Not worth the £360 for a night without breakfast. Appreciate there was a major event on at Murrayfield and we weren't forced to buy; however there was very limited accommodation on offer (7 months ago when we booked) across the city. There's no way this stay was good value for money.
Room was adequate
Staff very unhelpful in returning AirPods left in the room, after phoning and visiting the hotel multiple times they “couldn’t find anything” and the location of the AirPods moved to a residential area. Very unhappy with this service and the unhelpful approach of the staff along with their abilities to move items locations without finding them.
Grande chambre bien equipée

Please everyone remember this is a cashless hotel..the food is extremely average..the club sandwich is not a described, the breakfast is stone cold, very dry and extremely overcooked..the cleaners need to learn how to dust, and unfortunately the management needs to evaluate their people skills..also ot states leonardo murrayfield...do not be misled people this hotel is a way out of murrayfield

Fina och stora rum, trevlig personal i baren och restaurangen! Bra frukost.
När vi anlände första kvällen, tjejen som var vid disken, reception var lite otrevlig, ingen hälsning, pratade otydlig och gav oss ingen information om hotellet.
Vår vistelse på hotellet var två gånger under en och en halv vecka. Andra gången vi kom till hotellet så var en annan tjej som var väldigt hjälpsam och trevligt.
Vi fick veta att priset har höjts, på plats och hotellet tar betalt olika priser för olika dagar i veckan, vilket var chockerande för oss. Detta måste bli mer tydligt i Booking. com.
Staff where very welcoming and helped us with directions to get the bus to the city centre, complimentary water and sweets.
