Pros:

Good but could have been better.
Pros:

The staff at check in were so helpful friendly and professional.
The room was huge and had everything we needed apart from a shower cap. The bed, pillows and duvet were dreamy.
The decor and furnishings were very classy.

Cons:

No one greeted us for breakfast. I had to ask the one and only waitress if we should just sit down and she replied "yes it's all self service. We didn't know whether the items on the menu were all free or if you had to pay for some of them; everything on the menu had a price. I had to ask for some of the breakfast items to be replenished; yogurt and fruit. Other items needed to be replenished too. The whole time we were there there was only one member of staff present and she was clearing and setting tables.

Pros:

Pleasant, comfortable and overall we had a great time.

Cons:

It seems picky to raise this but the cleaners really need to k ow how to make beds. The covers only came up to our waists and could have come further

It was quiet and quality time away.
Pros:

Clean and well maintained

Cons:

Space for breakfast and dinner, knowing that there was not a lot around, we relaid on the restaurant but it was always busy, and if it wasn’t booked then you couldn’t get in. I understand that it was stand alone but guest in hotel should have gotten preference.

I’ll be back again and again …..
Pros:

I love this hotel. I visit family a couple of times a year. I always stay here and wouldn’t even consider anything else. It’s stylish, comfortable and I think good value. I asked for a specific room and they gave me one close by. I asked for a fan and was given one. The bed is so comfortable and the bathroom very modern. It’s pretty much perfect for my needs. And I like that they’re planet friendly.

Cons:

There’s not much around it so you need a car. There’s a petrol station shop opposite but nowhere else to buy anything from. I don’t drive but I’m visiting family so it’s not an issue for me. But may be, if you’re expecting it to be in a town centre.

Relaxing stay in stunning location with Indoor pool, Sauna and Jacuzzi
Pros:

The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. The fridge worked well to keep things cold. We loved the indoor pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi and even the gym. It's great value if you use all the facilities.

Cons:

The food in the restaurant food wasn't great. My daughter suffered food poisoning during this stay.
