Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Good and powerful shower. Staff very friendly and helpful.
No lift.
I came here for my gcse exam and I received a good luck from the staff which made me very grateful. The staff granted me and my dad a late checkout so I could get to my exam on time. The food was really nice and I really enjoyed the mocktails served there. The pool looked really nice but I didn’t have time to have a swim because I was revising
The table I sat on was not completely clean
Very clean and excellent breakfast. Nice and quiet room even though hotel was busy.
Some rooms are a fair walk from reception
Great location, really comfortable bed and styling ..
Having access to gym, pool, sauna and steam room during our stay made price well worth it.
Room service trays, glasses and water bottles left outside rooms, left during the evening of stay.
Looked untidy.
Very nice spacious room and lovely breakfast. Staff all very helpful and friendly.
Heating not working in room. Apparently switched to summer mode now. It was 14 degrees outside and we were wet and cold so were looking forward to a warm hotel room. Staff very helpful and brought us an electric heater which did the job.
What a wonderful stay we had. The staff were friendly. Easy check in. Lovely goodies in the room for our stay which was a lovely touch. The Brickworks restaurant was wonderful the food was outstanding and the front of house were really lovely. Would definitely come back and stay again
We were made to feel welcomed, the hotel was exceptionally clean, spacious and well kept. Staff were lovely and polite, and showed attention to detail.
Nothing to dislike.
Plenty of choice for breakfast
everything! We love the room, the common spaces, the health club, the service and the great care of the staff!
All the staff made our staying excellent!
Everything
Only downside was the shower was slippery and there was nothing to hold onto. However that was rectified with a non slip mat and a shower chair. Excellent
Lovely staff
Liked all of it
Very spacious rooms.Intetesting look of buildings and arrangement of rooms around courtyards. Quiet location.Good decor and furniture of lounge and dining areas.Huge and very comfy double bed. Air-conditioning worked well.
Pool and gym in good working state.
Food cooking skills outside of breakfast was not great.
Hotel was very modern, everything was clean and worked well. It was very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Everyone in the hotel was very polite and helpful.
Nothing
The staff were amazing, (special shout out to Sarah at reception) really friendly and courteous. Facilities were great, room was spotless, facilitated an early check-in for us,
Ate dinner here, perfectly cooked steaks, good drink selection, delicious brownie for dessert.
Plenty of car parking spaces onsite.
The bed was really comfortable, good linen, but the pillow was a little too soft for me - however to be fair, it's not a big deal, as I know some people like it exactly like that.
Clean hotel, staff was great in the restaurant and food was good too
A family with two children pays 450£ per night on a weekend and they usually want to have fun at the swimming pool area with their children, however you can just use a a small corner of the pool which is designated for families, and the gym membership goers make you feel like an outsider and unwanted especially when your children trespass into their boundaries, and they probably pay 100£ max per month to use the spa facilities like sauna, jacuzzi etc.and even the staff take their side at all times and treat you the same as gym membership owners
Great hotel.wonderful staff and great food too,we had a great stay
