Nice hotel shame about the annoying drip
Pros:

Room was fine lovely shower bed very comfy

Cons:

The dripping from the air con all night !! Kept us awake very annoying we did tell reception in the morning who were looking in to it.

Amazing
Pros:

I sent some stuff to the hotel as we were coming for my boyfriends birthday and they put everything up and decorated the room it was absolutely amazing a birthday to remember

Lovely feel and quality about the Hotel, feels like they care about customers.
Pros:

Exceptional standard and quality , especially considering price, awesome breakfast, will no doubt use again.

Cons:

Room was situated on the main road side of hotel so traffic noise ( not unbearable) if you like the window open for ventilation.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and great location
Pros:

It is a relatively new hotel so the facilities are all in good condition, but on top of that it was super clean, the staff weee lovely and the bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in

Leisure Club hotel guest can be asked to Leave if some Members don't want you there.

Hotel is OK. Staff reception lovely

Cons:

Very disappointing experience at this hotel. My wife, child, and I had booked access to the pool during our weekend stay, only to be asked to move after another member complained about where we were sitting near the pool lanes. The situation was handled poorly and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
What was supposed to be a relaxing family weekend was ruined by the way staff dealt with the situation
