Super Lage mit Mängeln!
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Aurelie am Empfang! Sie hat den bis dahin nicht erbaulichen Eindruck des Hotels wesentlich aufgebessert, uns konkrete Hinweise gegeben und die Plätze in dem von ihr empfohlenen und von uns ausgewählten Restaurant Loiseau des Vignes reserviert. Das Abendessen in dem von der Group Bernard Loiseau gemanagten Restaurant war sehr gut!

Cons:

Unfreundlicher, wenig hilfsbereiter Empfang durch einen etwas älteren Portier. Der etwas jüngere Herr an der Rezeption hat auch nicht das beste Bild abgegeben. Auf die Frage nach einem guten Restaurant für das Abendessen hat er ohne einen konkreten Vorschlag uns auf den Abend vertröstet, wenn er die Restaurants telefonisch erreichen kann. Eventuell haben wir mit diesen beiden Herren vielleicht nicht das Spitzenduo des Hotels erwischt. Im Zimmer war die Toilette nicht sauber! Ein absolutes No Go für ein einigermaßen gutes Hotel! Ersatz-Kopfkissen und Decken lagen wild in zwei Schränken. Alles in allem entspricht das Hotel nicht dem versprochenen Standard.

Beaune has everything to offer and LeCep is the place to stay!
Pros:

Breakfast was good and various items, including off-menu options. The hotel is old, as you can imagine, but has been kept up quite well. The room we stayed in was excellent, large, and very comfortable. Charming and historical. The wine cave was exceptional, and so was the private dinner with Leo! Food and wine paired perfectly, and the best snails I ever had. So good, you could literally eat the shells (and we did). You must use the private cigar lounge! The location to shopping, other restaurants, and the Beanue Hospital was within minutes walking distance. The spa was great and private.

Cons:

Frankly nothing- other than the hotel had a bit of an old aroma.
