Being my first visit to Cork, i didn’t know what to expect. Actually, I made a mistake with my booking and arrived the day before the date of the booking. However, I was accommodated without any problem. That set off a great feeling about the hotel.

For the cost of rooms, it was disappointing to arrive and NOT have one of the two rooms available for check-in. Staff were apologetic however, training might have lessened the concerns with subsequently knowing that the second room was actually ready and available. Nothing was done to alleviate or make good the situation with some sort of compliment of reward for patience and disruption.
There was champagne with breakfast - what a nice surprise. We were met with a drink as well as people to help with bags and parking. Superb. As for the golf in the room - yes really - a small golf game- what a giggle.

I had a treatment with Laura Sullivan at The Hayfield Manor recently, and she was simply outstanding from start to finish.
Laura is so polite, welcoming, and instantly puts you at ease. She is incredibly informative — she explained everything clearly, listened carefully to what I needed, and gave great advice along the way. Her massage skills are excellent: she has a wonderful technique, works with just the right pressure, and clearly knows exactly what she is doing.
She is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout. It was one of the best treatments I’ve ever had, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated.
I would not hesitate to book with Laura again, and I can highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-quality experience. A real credit to the team at Hayfield Manor!

Hayfield Manor is one of my favourite places to stay ! From the minute you arrive the welcome you receive from everyone is superb !
The rooms are fantastic , the food is excellent and there is nothing too much trouble the staff go above & beyond for each and every guest .

Service was amazing! Everyone we came into contact with was so kind! Spa was nice and peaceful! The dinner in Perrott was exceptional! The Bloom outdoor drinks area as well were beautiful and the two lads serving us were so attentive! Definitely be back again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Charming hotel, great location, and excellent customer service! We stayed in the Shandon Suite and adjoining room for three nights during our recent family vacation and had an absolutely lovely stay. The staff really go out of their way to ensure that every little detail is taken care of both before and during your trip. The reservations team was fantastic when I was planning our trip and even brought to my attention a special promotion they were having which included dinner for two nights and breakfast each morning which actually lowered our nightly rate. We ate dinner at both onsite restaurants (Perrotts and Orchids) and the food and drinks were excellent. The continental breakfast spread in the mornings is amazing but you can also order a hot meal from the menu (also included). And I would be remiss to not mention their unofficial feline mascot, Jellybean, who you can visit outside the hotel grounds if you choose to. I understand he’s not part of the hotel but likes to hang around on the property which I was grateful for since I was missing our two furry ones at home!
Garden bistro Perrotals atmosphere is lovely. Staff are amazing. Food is always great as expected.
