Magnificent Manor house!
Pros:

Exceptionally friendly staff and a breakfast beyond compare!

Cons:

It is about 5kms from Cork centre and the Ubers charged us 15 euros to go to the city!

Vom Empfang über Personal, Ausstattung, Aufdeckservice am Abend ( ein Brillenputztuch mit Hayfield Manor Aufdruck wurde dezent neben unsere nicht ganz fleckenlose Sonnenbrille gelegt), Restaurant und das
Champagner-Frühstück war alles bestens.
Vielen Dank an Denis für das Pianospielen und das anschließende , sehr nette Gespräch mit tollen Tips für unsere Weiterreise. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Exceptional staff and really central location

Cons:

Some of the products eg milk and shortbread in the room were not Irish. We loved the Ground toiletries and it would be a nice touch if the edible bits were Irish too!

This is a beautiful exterior property, painting and decoration was taking place during our stay, and carpets across the hallways and stairs are all different types of carpets and patterns

Value for money. The price of food alcohol and coffee was absolutely nothing short of daylight robbery. Clear to see a very popular American destination, and this seems to be the main target audience

Hotel pool, outdoor jacuzzi & spa were exceptional.

Food was delicious, & the cocktails & bar were superb 🍸

The staff were extremely helpful. & professional.

All in all, a top 5* experience & good value. We look forward to returning.

Pros:

Rooms are convient (old style) and clean - location is not central but easy to access town - restaurant is good

Cons:

The majority of the staff is young and unexpierenced - waiting time to access breakfast - check your bill !

Did not know what to expect and the facility exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

The included breakfast was awesome. I like the option of a continental breakfast, which was very inclusive, plus having a hot made to order breakfast too.

Excellent hospitality and a true five star hotel.
Pros:

I really loved the warm hospitality of this hotel. Room was beautiful and very comfortable. Food was delicious and service was excellent. The staff were friendly and polite. Will definitely recommend this hotel and would hope to return at a future date.
