Important information:

Children can be accommodated at a surcharge. Baby cots can be rented for EUR 10 per night. An extra bed can be added for EUR 25. These fees need to be paid at the accommodations during check in.

Ik was er weliswaar slechts één nacht, maar mijn korte verblijf heeft aan de verwachtingen voldaan!
Pros:

De ligging van het hotel in de prachtige omgeving van Berg en Dal! Mooi terras ook met prachtig uitzicht over het dal.
Goed verzorgd ontbijt en vriendelijke medewerkers.

Cons:

Ik vond de matrassen te zacht.

Pros:

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Personnel accueillant.

Cons:

Matelas un peu mou. La lumière s’allume autdans la salle de bain où se trouvent les toilettes. Embêtant quand on se relève la nuit pour aller aux toilettes.

Good thinks and thinks that could have ben better.
Pros:

I stayed during the 4daagse. I had a pleasant stay in a room with balcony. The room was okay, but the balcony was not in acceptable condition. Dinner was a bit disappointing, but okay.

The service in the restaurant was great and the staff very attentive and accommodating.

I used the reception a couple of times, asking for information about the busses from Berg en Dal to Nijmegen, and both times i got wrong or incomplete answers. I expect the reception to find the right answers for me when i addresses them. And not be asked to look at a Dutch website that I don't understand.

In last minute we decided to drive from Denmark to Berg en Dal during the night. And therefore we arrived early Saturday morning. But we was NOT offered an early check in. We know it was our own decition to arrive very early. But the hotel could have offered a better service in that situation.

Cons:

Restaurant abends ist mit zwei Essen mehr als überfordert. Als Hotelgäste muss man Tisch Reservieren sonst gab's nicht für alle Gäste was zu Essen. Aus diesen Grund eher abgereist.

lekker ontbijt in royale buffetvorm, vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

beschikbare uren om s' avonds in restaurant te gaan eten vielen wat tegen. ofwel heel vroeg 17u30 ofwel 20u30, terwijl er bijna niemand in het restaurant zat op beide uren.
