Pros:

This is the second time staying at this hotel. We love the location and the history of the hotel. Upon arriving they even was willing to upgrade us for a small increase. They valet is awesome and always highly hlepfull. Take the ghost tour.

John que trabaja en el lobby, que no sé si es concierge, hace un tour al habitación 311, es muy atento y muy amable con los huéspedes.

As soon as you walk through the doors you cannot help but be blown away. This place takes exquisite elegance with an at home feel and has very friendly staff. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is a success.

The accomodations were very comfortable.

Beautiful hotel, location was excellent, the staff (especially the valet staff) very nice, informative and attentive to their guests

Cons:

The only criticism is housekeeping did not clean our room one morning. Otherwise, very pleased overall
