clean, very comfy beds, good air quality!
nothing
A really nice heritage hotel located just off the highway in the heart of Chattanooga. Our room was fantastic, even if the view out our window was of the brick wall across the way. We would definitely stay here again.
Nothing. Everything was great.
Arrival at the hotel is quite a 'wow' as the building inside is such an experience and has a luxury feel. The staff were really friendly and the location was in walking distance to the river and activities.
The beautiful architecture and decor. The spacious rooms and large windows.
The only thing missing was an area to purchase some snacks. Most places I’ve stayed has had a small room designated to purchase snacks and drinks.
The bathroom doors didn’t provide a lot of privacy.
It was not the best location, as our room was near the elevator and you could hear it.
The room was very comfortable along with the beds.
Valet was quick and friendly.
The window shade was a little difficult to open and close.
Having the closet in the bathroom behind the door was a little hard to access and the bathroom door was very squeaky.
See above.
Charming historic hotel
the rooms were spacious and the hotel is located on a free bus service that takes you to many restaurants and attractions
Very beautiful hotel. Bed was very comfortable.
Parking downtown is a bit of a problem if you choose not to pay 30.00 parking fee at the hotel.
The whole vibe of the read houes
That my stay was just overnight
Location and decor were very nice, warm feel about the hotel and steeped in history
No kettle for tea. Not much hanging space for clothes. Prefer a bathroom door that locks
Beautiful old hotel
It did not go well from the start. They would not valet our telsa. Had to drive a block away to park. Our room was right next to the ice machine and the elevator so we did not sleep all night from the noise of it.Staff were not friendly.I have a problem hearing on the phone so I wanted room service and I went down stairs to the reception to ask if they could order it for me ,they told me to go to the bar. I went into the bar there was a wedding going on stood for 30 minutes and nothing so I had to ask a guest getting out of the elevator to do it for me.On my phone in my room.I find the more you pay for a hotel the less service you get. Will not be back.
