A good value comfortable hotel just off one of the main avenues of the city
Pros:

We had a junior suite. Some might argue it was a little dated, but I liked the mix of antique and more modern. Good breakfast. I loved the fact that the fact that the hotel occasionally provided a decanter of wine or port for quests to have as an aperatif.

Pros:

Pleasant stay. Great location. Fado "concert" recommended by a member of staff was fantastic.

Cons:

i should have been more diligent on booking as the room was small. I booked a double bed not expecting the room would be so small. A kettle was provided on request - thank you.
I would like to see a cheese platter or similar on the bar menu. Touring and lunch one only needs something small in the evening.
We had an early 3 am am check out and were advised there would be a breakfast box but it did not appear.

Location , beautiful decorated , comfortable , quaint . Bed comfortable , shower good, room nice and not too small ! , Everything we needed and more. Coffee/tea/ water available all day . Port - 2 types self serve at night.
