Bardzo dobra lokalizacja (centrum/bliskość pasażu handlowego/głównej ulicy miasta)! Duże, wygodne i dobrze wyciszone pokoje. Użyteczne/czyste części sanitarne z podstawowym wyposażeniem użytkowym. Wygodne/duże łóżka. W pokojach dostępne standardowe udogodnienia. Części wspólne zadbane, funkcjonalne. Część gastronomiczna: to najmocniejsza strona oferty hotelowej. Bardzo duży wybór, różnorodność, świeżość produktów! Nastrój dobrej kawiarni, gdzie czas biegnie wolno i można smacznie i dobrze zjeść. Coś dla każdego! Personel przyjazny, komunikatywny, pomocny.

Cons:

Za mały parking na skalę hotelu! Miejsca parkingowe trochę zbyt wąskie. Parkowanie poza obszarem hotelowym odpłatne (wyłącznie aplikacje/brak parkomatów)! Przydałby się mały remont/odświeżenie budynku.

Felaktig frukostinformation och ovilja att vara tillmötesgående.

Våra rum var fina.

Cons:

Att frukost inte ingick i priset trots att det stod på Booking att "Fantastisk frukost ingår i alla alternativ". Jag påpekade detta i en mailkonversation med hotellet, jag beskrev exakt steg för steg vart jag hittade informationen men personalen ville varken be om ursäkt eller ge mig rätt. Jag visade också skärmdump på sagda information när jag checkade in. Killen i receptionen var väldigt trevlig och sade att han hade tolkat det likadant som jag och att han skulle ta upp det med sin chef, innan han ändå tog betalt, vad jag vill påsta var en orimlig summa för den frukosten som faktiskt serverades. 510 kr för tre vuxna och en ettåring. Dessutom var det ingen som bockade av oss på någon lista när vi kom till frukosten så man hade lika gärna kunnat göra en fuling och äta gratis. De tog tydligen bara seriöst på sin frukost gällande betalningen och inte när det gällde att kontrollera så att det efterföljs.
