Notre 4 iem passages.
Pros:

Le restaurant panoramique, sa cuisine et son bon service. La vue de nôtre chambre. La proximité avec le port et le centre. La piscine, le parking avec les bornes de recharge très pratique. L eau à disposition dans le couloir gazeuse ou platte, gourde fournie à remplir.
C'est est notre 4 ieme passage dans cet hôtel. Nous reviendrons.

Un agréable séjour
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ça localisation, les chambres confortable et l’équipe très gentille et à l’écoute.

Cons:

La piscine extérieur fait un peut daté et petite au vue de la taille de l’hôtel. J’ai appelé 1 semaine avant notre arrivée pour tout confirmer et expliquer que la réservation de 3 chambres était une surprise et que l’on ne face pas de gaffe lors du Check in. La première phrase qui m’a été demandée à mon arrivée. Vous avez bien réservé 3 chambres ?

On a été decu du restaurant notre voiture est tombée en panne à 19h30 on a demandé si quelqu un pouvait nous dépanner avec les câbles personne nous a aidé avant que la dépanneuse arrive vers 21h on attendait dans le hall personne n’a a demandé si on avait besoin de quelques choses j ai demandé au restaurant si il pouvait faire un sandwich à mon mari car il devait rester au parking avec la voiture allumée pendant 1heure ils ont répondu qu il y avait rien et moi je suis restée manger au restaurant.
Le lendemain voiture toujours en panne à 7h30 on a appelé au tcs ils sont arrivé vers 9h45 personne nous a demandé si on voulait un café ou autre chose en attendant que la dépanneuse arrive.

Unser Aufenthalt hat unsere Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt.

Bereits beim Check-in mussten wir über 25 Minuten warten, da nur eine Person an der Rezeption tätig war. Zudem waren die Englischkenntnisse sehr begrenzt, was den ohnehin langen Check-in-Prozess zusätzlich erschwerte. Da wir nur wenig Französisch sprechen, war die Kommunikation nicht einfach – auch wenn Französisch natürlich eine wunderschöne Sprache ist.

Das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber. Auf dem Nachttisch waren noch deutliche Ränder einer Tasse vom vorherigen Gast zu sehen. Die Kaffeemaschine war nicht gereinigt und die bereitgestellte Wasserflasche, die im Hotel nachgefüllt werden kann, war noch halbvoll und offensichtlich vom vorherigen Gast benutzt worden.

Auch das Badezimmer machte keinen sauberen Eindruck. Der Boden war klebrig und rund um die Toilette befanden sich Wasserflecken beziehungsweise Verschmutzungen.

Generell ist die Verständigung für internationale Gäste schwierig. Im gesamten Hotel wird nahezu ausschliesslich Französisch gesprochen. Selbst die Fernsehprogramme bestanden ausschliesslich aus französischsprachigen Sendern.

Beim Frühstück wirkte das Personal häufig überlastet. Leere Speisen und Getränke wurden nur sehr langsam nachgefüllt, sodass es regelmässig zu Wartezeiten kam.

Das Restaurant bietet nur eine sehr begrenzte Auswahl für Gäste, die keinen Fisch essen. Die aktuelle Bewertung von 3,2 Punkten auf TripAdvisor spiegelt unsere Erfahrung leider recht gut wider.

Besonders störend war zudem, dass direkt vor unserem Balkon Yoga-Kurse stattfanden. Die Teilnehmer befanden sich teilweise nur etwa 50 cm vor dem Balkon, wodurch Privatsphäre praktisch nicht vorhanden war.

Insgesamt stimmt für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Aus unserer Sicht entspricht das Hotel eher einem durchschnittlichen 3-Sterne-Hotel als der Kategorie und dem Preisniveau, mit dem es beworben wird.

Une chambre pour 3 adultes avec un espace lit superposé non climatisé et vieux matelas : mal de dos au réveil !
Nous avons pris le même massage avec mon amie mais nous n'avons pas eu la même prestation !!! Une masseuse a fait le strict minimum !
