Cons:

First the amount paid didn't worth it, the air condition wasn't working requested for a room change or refund because they states they have no room, the staff causing you by speaking. in italian language. Then after all said and done they changed my room to the worst room ever. The bed was horrible got back pain every day.

Pros:

Hotel up to the standard of modern city hotels.
Polite staff, spacious modern clean rooms. Good bed and linen. Good wifi and air conditioning. Sound proofed rooms with good blackout curtains. Free hotel parking!
Great value for money. Couldn’t ask for more.

About 15-20min walk from the city center.

Absolutely recommend from me.

Horrible place to spend a minute.
Pros:

Close to the bus stop. The young men on the evening shift were friendly.

Cons:

The wall switches are obsolete, and some do not work. The entire place is in disarray. The advertised building picture is AI-generated. The building is old and nothing to write home about. The vending machine is bad.

Some of the receptionist should reflect on how they treat and welcome visitor.
Pros:

I arrived as early as 1 am in the morning, I pleaded with the receptionist to allow me to wait at the reception but he proudly refused even when I showed him all my booking document and Identity cards. I was left outside the building from 1am on the 19th to 11am. secondly, the air-condition in my room was not working well, I even complain about it, and nothing serious was done about it. The treatment and hospitality was not pleasant at all to me.

Cons:

I like the structure, the building and the cleaning. The cleaners are good staffs and understanding.
