Pros:

Het ontbijt was prima en goed personeel

Cons:

Ik had 2 kamers classique met groot bed en bank geboekt en ben afgescheept met een kamer met 2 losse bedden en na zeuren 1 zogenaamde Classique met toebehoren op een plek waar niemand wil zitten.kamer 120. Je kijkt in een gat ipv van de beloofde tuin met herrie en stank. Dus de kamer rook verre van fris. Bed was net een plank.
Het terras beneden was dicht en voor een drankje als je dan zelf buiten wilde zitten moest je dus helemaal omlopen
Dit hotel is niet novotel waardig en had ik niet het roei evenement gehad dan was ik weggegaan. .ik werk al 40 jaar bij de KLM dus kom overal maar dit was echt slecht. Hoop geld voor een gebroken rug

La salle de réunion est bien équipée.

Cons:

Les chambres ne sont accessibles que par les 2 ascenseurs qui sont complètement saturés pendant 30 minutes lorsqu'un bus arrive.
La chambre n’est pas en rapport avec son prix (220€). .Chambre très banale, lit monté sur un chassis métallique qui grince, fenêtre donnant directement sur les fenêtres du bâtiment très proche en face, salle de bain vétuste avec miroir à changer, joints noirs autour de la baignoire, WC d'écolier trop bas, TV avec uniquement les chaînes de base.
Petit Déjeuner pas a la hauteur de ce type d'établissement. Les produits sont bas de gamme (viennoiseries, fromage blanc, jus de fruits, confiture), même une simple banane est servie chaude.

Pros:

L'emplacement, fort pratique pour se rendre à Rock-en-Seine.

Cons:

Customer service at its finest
Pros:

We stayed for a nearby festival, so I did not use all the hotel's facilities, but we have stayed in many Novotel hotels, and this was one of the best. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were a great size, especially for Paris. I want to thank the girl at the front desk, Rayana, who was extremely helpful and resolved a difficult situation absolutely effortlessly. She is a gem! Thanks to her, we had a flawless and stress-free stay!

Ikeine Wiederholung!
Cons:

Das Hotel befindet sich im Umbau, leider wurde das bei Buchung nicht mitgeteilt. Das Angebot war daher eingeschränkt. Die Zimmer benötigen eine dringende Renovierung. Die Vorhänge kaputt und mit Löchern, der Teppich mehr als ausgelatscht und voller Flecken. Die Klimaanlage war bestenfalls eine Lüftung, hat aber nicht gekühlt. Dafür soviel Geld zu nehmen, ist absolut unverschämt!

Great location, great service
Pros:

The service was great, everyone was friendly and helpful. Hotel and parking were easy to find. Close to tram and metro. Great location and easy to get into Paris. Clean and smart room, good breakfast.

Service in the restaurant was very good. Food was ok.
