rooms really bad not as how it is in the picture no staffs we’re not supportive, air cons not working travelling with kids was really tough to sleep, didn’t get a replacement room or service done

Location was excellent, real Paris neighbourhood feel, with good access to the whole city. Quiet rooms, free soda water (this was a blessing during the heatwave).

The fitness room is a joke, 10kg dumbbells and a couple of cardio machines - below expectations in a 4 star hotel.
We had specifically chosen this hotel, due to the connecting family rooms and had explicitly stated this in our booking. On arrival they were not able to accommodate that - and with kids ages 9-7-5, it’s really not ideal to be in two rooms - so that was really disappointing.
It wasn’t a bad hotel, it was just a bad experience for us, since that was the most important thing for us, being able to stay together as a family.
Comfortable, clean and availability of water fountains. Good choice for breakfast. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional.
Only two out of three elevators working during the stay. Not a huge deal though.

Climatisation presque inexistante alors que dehors il faisait 36/37 degrees. Donc on ne dormait pas bien et au petit déjeuner on avait chaud et ça sentait la friture dans un environnement chaud. Très très désagréable
