Pros:

الفندق بعيد عن المناطق السياحيه، وقريب جدا من برج ايفيل. التكييف سيء و اضطرينا نغير الغرفه و بعد كانت فيها نفس المشكله. ماعندهم خدمه الغرف تطلبون دليفيري او تنزلون مطعم الفندق وكان جيد.

Najvise mi se svidjela lokacija. Metro Linija 12 je prakticki odmah kod hotela.

Nije mi se svidjelo to sto pise da je check in u 15, iako sam pitala mogu li nadoplatiti da udjem ranije, nitko to nije uvazio ali ne samo to, nego ni u 15 sobe nisu bile spremne. I nitko da je rekao niti sorry. Nista. Ljubaznost - nula bodova.
Drugo, soba nije bas nesto velika... za tu cijenu, ispod ocekivanja. U sobi skroman sadrzaj, plus nema.nikakav balkon. Uzas. Lift nije radio. Za cetiri zvjezdice ovo definitivno nije. I na kraju dana dosli smo u kacic na foor top da vidimo Eiffel, jedan stol je bio prazan, nisu nam htjeli dati taj nego su nas smjestili na neki bezveze... na kraju smo napustili kafic i otisli. Sve u svemu, nije bas neko najljepse iskustvo.

La habitación esta amplia

Cons:

El aire acondicionado esta pésimo, no sirve, lo comentamos en recepción y la solución fue solo darnos un ventilador. La calificación Muy Mal. Decidimos salirnos del hotel y no rembolsan nada, ni te dan una solución

Ok but not worth the money for one positive of rooftop bar!

The bar and general hotel was absolutely lovely.

Cons:

The cost did not reflect the facilities of the hotel. Reception staff - listened to next person being checked in and they were told everything about meal times etc and we were just handed he key and had to ask about the information that was volunteered to another customer whilst we were right there in ear shot!
Very poor! We were also told we were upgraded but we had the exact room we paid for?! What?? For a £300+ per night hotel in comparison to uk star ratings, this is not ok. General staff good. The rooftop bar staff EXCELLENT AND PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. The reception staff need training. We were also advised there were e charging stations which is why we booked and they had one only which out of order and the staff were unhelpful to advise how we could find one. Terrible service! Whilst out looking we also got locked out of parking garage and had to go through exit to obtain access! Not advised of this when leaving the hotel nor that we needed an exit ticket which also didn’t even work?! Terrible and stressful!
The bathroom and toilet doors hit each other and open in to each other. Marks all over the doors to reflect this. Strange design.
Noise level external not great! 1 am road works!!

Hotel bien situé, propre avec du personnel accueillant
Pros:

Le personnel d'accueil et Jean Guy adorable, l'emplacement à côté du métro et à moins de 30 min de nombreux sites parisiens..
Les boissons très appréciables dans le frigo notamment la limonade bio un délice par cette canicule.
La vue du bar lounge..
Le restaurant est appréciable et agréable pour le dîner.
Les équipements climatisation, petit réfrigérateur, douche spacieuse, literie agréable,,rien de surprenant pour un 4* mais l'ensemble était propre et fonctionnel.

Cons:

L'organisation du petit déjeuner,.
Les tarifs du bar lounge..
Pas de fontaine à eau au 6eme étage durant notre séjour dommage on s'est vite adapté en allant faire le plein aux autres étages les jours suivants.

Wir haben Paris genossen und viele schöne Eindrücke mitgenommen. Beim Hotel hätten wir uns für die aufgerufene Rate jedo
Pros:

Die Lage ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Paris zu entdecken.
Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich.
Die Metro befindet sich direkt am Hotel, was die Erkundung der Stadt besonders einfach macht.
Auch das Parkhaus liegt direkt unter dem Hotel – sehr praktisch für Gäste mit Auto.

Cons:

Das Frühstück entsprach leider nicht ganz dem Niveau, das man in dieser Kategorie erwarten würde – die Auswahl war recht begrenzt.
In der Bar ist die Aussicht wirklich großartig, allerdings wäre es schön, wenn Hotelgäste bevorzugt Plätze erhalten würden. Leider war es uns nicht möglich, einen Platz zu bekommen.
Zudem waren zwei von drei Aufzügen außer Betrieb, was zu langen Wartezeiten führte. Das Treppenhaus war nicht nutzbar, was die Situation erschwerte.
