Pas de climatisation !!! Incroyable pour un Novotel !
El hotel es muy lindo, si bien esta a 30 minutos en subte del centro, la estacion esta justo en frente a la puerta del hotel. No incluimos el desayuno pero justo al lado hay una cafeteria con productos muy ricos y buena atencion. Tambien hay una galeria con mercado, fruteria y panaderia donde comprar alimentos, muy conveniente. El hotel es limpio, la habitacion grande y muy comoda, la atencion de la recepcion fue muy buena. El barrio es muy lindo, ambiente parisino, no turistico. Me gusto mucho.
Un poco caluroso, el aire central no alcanzaba a refrescar la habitacion.
Ideal location with the metro Liberté (line 8) right outside the hotel. Paid car park (€22 a night) is convenient, just enter the car park, follow the Novotel signs, then ask at reception for an exit ticket each time you need to come out.
There’s a good selection of pleasant bars, cafés and shops around and the hotel is a short walk away from Paris Bercy and the Bois de Vincennes. There are games for children and families at reception, and the room has good amenities with coffee, tea and a small fridge/minibar.
There is a bar downstairs, but no staff there at both occasions we’ve tried to order drinks. The car park’s smell and hygiene was questionable.

Je ne comprends toujours pas la raison pour laquelle je n’ai pas encore été crédité de la différence de tarif pour la première nuit de dimanche à lundi entre le prix affiché et le prix que j’ai payé malgré l’intervention de l’un de vos managers !!!

Lobby and play area was nice
Staff had a stuff upper lip (with only a few exceptions). The fixtures and furniture was old and not well done. It took the staff a full day to get an iron to us.

Hotel was very disappointing, charged additional fee for early check in only to find out the sofa bed was damaged which took 3 hours to fix with 3 guys hanging about at my early check in. I still had to pay early check in fee. The staff were not accommodating at all with our 2 young kids. Our request to microwave kids food was rejected.
