Big room but poor timely responses to queries. All things were not arranged before check-in.
Pros:

Rooms were big with good sofa cum beds

Cons:

1. There was no kettle. I had baby and I needed to get warm water etc
2. There was no iron in the room and it was not Provided to me even after requesting multiple times
3. The service was very slow and I had to remind multiple times for things like kettle, coffee pouches, tea pouches , sugar, glass etc
4. I did not get the early check even after requesting multiple times. The cleaning staff was cleaning things and she could have cleaned my apartment earlier but that was not the case.

Un séjour coûteux pour subir des vols.

La literie est confortable. La chambre est spacieuse.

Cons:

L’éclairage de la salle de bain est insuffisante. La moquette n’est pas correctement ni suffisamment entretenue. Je suis retournée récupérer des produits de cosmétiques dans la salle de bain et une boisson laissée dans le mini bar. En moins de 20 minutes les produits avaient disparu et l’agent d’entretien des chambre était en train de consommer le contenu du mini bar. C’est d’une malhonnêteté inqualifiable.

Very bad, not recommended.

Location was good, hotel was clean

Cons:

There was no air conditioning. We were promised a fan, but it was never delivered. The room temperature was around 30°C, making it impossible to sleep. When you pay €240 and can’t get any rest, it’s a very disappointing experience.
