Roomy, great breakfast, convenient location. Everything looked new and clean.
No views but good location.
Clean, comfortable, staff helpful
Nothing
Small but Nice pool and pool services, exercise room and equipment were excellent ! Bikes available for rent price was a bit higher than we thought was necessary for older unkept bikes, but we still enjoyed riding the green belt on them.
Room was stuffy and smelly, outdated, air con took awhile to cool the room but then it did its job. Room could have been cleaner. There were some spots on the couch and couch pillows. Refrigerator was loud.
Hotel is big and Not enough elevators. Rooms were spread out and getting to our room with all our stuff proved to be harder then we wanted. We had to use rhe stairs as the elevators were far from the room and the labyrinth of hallways were long and hard to navigate to room. Easier using stairs. But it was a pain.
I love the sprinkling of conversation tables around the building. If you have come with groups that are staying in multiple rooms you have places to chat or take a phone call away from where you are staying. the breakfast seating is available even when kitchen is closed, also important. Huge laundry area. Our King suite had a sizeable meeting area where you could easily have a meeting or sit at the couch without feeling like you were strictly in a bedroom.
Its a big busy place. Might need more than one coffee station or have the creamer off to the side (so people grab coffee, then shuffle over to add to it.) The layout is a little confusing, its shaped like a letter P, The laundry and pool access are found in the outer part of the loop of the P. The laundry was FIVE dollars per load.
Spacious clean room
One luggage cart apparently for a pretty sizeable place and paid parking. 10 bucks with an additional 10 deposit, in case your vehicle parties in the lot I guess.
Good location for soccer

Price, comfortable and spacious.
No identifying signs for the hotel at the entrance. If not for a van labeled Marriot hotel in the parking lot, I would not have known I was at the right place.
Paying $20 to park in a parking lot where we already paid for the room, is outrageous.
The site was close to where we were visiting
The service in the room was unacceptable. No refresh of the towels or coffee. There were no creamer packets in the room and no makeup remover packets. The carpets were dirty.
I wish there had been a weight room.
Great price
Location
Asked for housekeeping after two nights and all I got was new towels, didn’t took trash or vacuum, toilet cleaned and got back later on Sunday and front desk young lady told me to leave because I was already past due for check out, my daughter start crying because our stuff still in the room, asked her for another room and she was so rude and told me that that were booked, so I showed her my itinerary from booking and then she told us that we could stay in the same room and no apologies whatsoever, it was terrible situation when your away from home and no compassion from people, she literally was trying to kick us out with no reason on Sunday afternoon.
I wouldn’t ever stay there anymore
The location is nice next to 2 restaurants and down the street from a larger variety. Its close to the greenbelt for easy access to the river.
At check in they gave me a key and didn't explain how to get to the room. The hotel is large and has at least 4 wings. I had to ask and the desk person was annoyed. As was I that I had to ask. They charge for parking in an open area that is next to open parking ($10/day). I realize this is common for hotels with closed lots but not ones with open parking. One morning I walked out and someone had peed in the hall. The smell of urine was overwhelming. I'm a Marriott Bonvoy Gold member - I won't be staying at this property again. It was horrible.
Breakfast was pretty good. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
We booked a room for four people with a king bed and a pull out couch. The couch bed was a weird small size - slightly larger than a twin but not as wide as a full. It was certainly not big enough for two people and the fitted sheet provided didn’t fit the mattress. We ended up with three in the king bed and one on the pull-out, which was okay but not what I expected nor what I paid for.
