Very pleasant stay, nice amenities and a great breakfast.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast that was included in the room price.

Cons:

The ac was right next to the bed and it turned on and off all night blasting cold air. A nicer comforter on the bed would be nice. It was too hot in the room to turn the ac down.

Answered all questions.
Room was very nice and clean. Did not hear any noise from the hallway or from outside, even though the hotel had a lot af guests.
Bed was very confortable, so slept very well.

Cons:

Parking lot was very crowded and a little bit difficult to manuver a pickup and 22 ft trailer around.

Springhill Stay
Pros:

I liked the shower. I liked that I had an Iron and Iron board. The overall size of the room was decent. I also liked that it had a couch and that there was a fire pit outside.

Cons:

The staff kept entering my room after I told them I was sleeping. I paid for a room till 12pm. Not to be awoken 3 Times by house keeping. The coffee didnt taste so great.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Pros:

The breakfast there was no variety, same each day, the orange juice was very watery, not good. The coffee very good.

Cons:

We had very noisey neighbors, the walls were obviously not insulated very well. The people kept slamming the heavy doors rather than try to shut them quietly. We were very happy with our room, except noisy neighbors.

$10 parking charge 🤯
Pros:

Restaurant next door

Cons:

Your $10 parking fee was an absolute joke. There were MANY parking spots available, wasn't a 'secure' parking location, and you didn't even bother to ask for my car's make & model, nor license plate number! Highway robbery from my perspective.

Nice hotel in Boise.
Pros:

The comfortable suite, comfortable bed, attention to little details, friendly staff, nice breakfast.

Cons:

No ice water in lobby. Some staff didn't speak English very well. Hot breakfast items could've had a little better variety.

Hotel as expected, parking situation was the worst I have ever experienced in 50 years of traveling
Pros:

Clean

Cons:

The parking is a nightmare. Our arrival was late in the evening so parking area was nearly full. The biggest problem was a few people with boats or trailers decided that they would take up 6-8 parking spaces which left parking a nightmare. The parking spot lines in the parking lot do not accommodate a normal sized car. The lines are so close together that you can barely get out of your car and the worry of someone else door dinging your car never left my mind all night. There were several pick ups and cars that just purposely took up two spaces. It took me at least 30 minutes to find a place to park even though it was within. Six inches of the neighboring car. I was so worried about my new car being dinged that i woke up in the night to hopefully find a better space. In the end, it would be wise as a staff, to mention to guests, the parking situation. Maybe walk through the lot and tow those who are not capable of parking a vehicle between the lines. I will stay at springhill suites again, but never at this location

Since we only spent about 10 hrs there it wasn’t horrible but not somewhere I’d want to stay for more than a day.
Pros:

The location of the property and exterior was great.

Cons:

Our room shower had pink scum in the grout, the room stayed hot even with the air conditioner on, the whole building smelt musty, our room wreaked from the previous occupants, the trim/seam of the duvet was a yellow brown color. The rest of the room overall was fairly clean. Breakfast was unappetizing, the sausage was so wet & pale looking, the eggs were very dry & the juices very watered down. & on top of all that you have to PAY extra for PARKING which is complimentary in most other hotels.
