Pros:

Accueil ,personnel très agréable

Cons:

Chambre avec une moquette tellement sale que nous pouvons pas marcher pieds,le couloir d'accès au chambres encore pire, porte de salle de bain charnière maintenue avec des cotons tiges, télé pas de piles en etat pour l'allumer, aucun numéro d'urgence ou de service dans la chambre

toller Pool, kostenloses Wasser im Empfangsbereich und reichhaltiges Frühstück

Cons:

Sehr in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft. Sehr schmutzige Teppiche im Gang und Zimmer. Wasserhahn in der Badewanne rinnt überall raus. Zudem entlud sich die Zimmerkarte andauernd, wenn man in die Nähe eines Handys kam - dadurch kein Zutritt ins Zimmer.

Moquette très tachée
Besoin d'un rafraîchissement pour un Mercure . Ce ne correspond pas à un 4*
Toilettes non séparés de la salle de bain
Le restaurant de l'hôtel à besoin de s'améliorer, manque bc de choses de la carte, rien pour les végés. Le personnel dépassé!

Cons:

-Cet hôtel n'a rien d'un 4 étoiles.
-Pas la bonne attribution de chambre.
-Moquette de la chambre sale nous n'ossions pas marcher pieds nus.
-Moquette du palier de l'ascenseur tachée.
-Piscine vétuste et dégradée, une couche usagée de Bb oubliée sur une table!!!
- Le robot de la piscine non rangé, l'endroit semblait abandonné en tout cas pas régulièrement contrôlé par le personnel!
- Nous avons fait par de notre mécontentement le soir de notre arrivée et le matin à notre départ le personnel de la réception est resté mutique et affable.
-Je déconseille cet hôtel cher et pas au niveau des étoiles mentionnées.
- j'aurais dû lire les avis !!!
