Überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Sehr gutes Abendessen, das auf der Terrasse über den Dächern von Menton, serviert wird. Toller Ausblick inklusive.
Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es wird alles angeboten👍
Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber, mit einem übergrößen Bett samt bequemer Matratze 🖐️ Das Hotel kann man auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen👍

Zentrale Lage, Sauberkeit.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war relativ klein, die Duschkabine hingegen groß. Allerdings war dort keine Ablage für die mitgebrachten Pflegeprodukte vorhanden.
Mir war nicht bewusst, dass die Hälfte des Gesamtbetrags bis zum Tag der Abreise als "Vorabautorisierung" vorgemerkt wird (der Gesamtbetrag wurde zudem ganz normal abgebucht), insbesondere da ich häufig innerhalb Europas reise. Im Hotel wurde mir auf Anfrage erklärt, dass dies eine Art Garantie fürs Erscheinen im Hotel sei (obwohl dies aus meiner Sicht nicht ganz sinnvoll ist), aber nun gut, jedes Hotel hat eigene Richtlinien ... Die meisten Hotels buchen den Gesamtbetrag jedoch direkt ab ohne jegliche Vorabautorisierungen oder bieten eine Stornogarantie zu einem höheren Preis an.
Leider wurde diese Vorabautorisierung erst nach erfolgter Buchung deutlich. Aus Gründen der Transparenz wäre es empfehlenswert, dies in der Hotelbeschreibung oder den Richtlinien zu erwähnen.

Pros:

There was an issue between bookin.com and hotel which affected me so unfortunately I paid booking.com 🤷but id til
Then pay hotel direct which has occurred fees on my credit card
All off this not my problem
Hôtel stated has been a problem with bookin.com
Felt like a criminal at hotel reception at 1 point 4 members off staff dealing with situation
