The staff at the reception area needs retraining. Poor behaviour, aggressive and dismissive.
The restaurant menu is very poor for a hilton
This is such a calm and collected place. And it comes through in everything - the environment, the atmosphere in the lobby and eating areas, the staff. June’s smile and her helpful presence were a great thing with which to start each day.

We received outstanding service from the reception staff, especially Stefano, as my husband and I were celebrating our recent marriage and honeymoon. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was in place for us, took the time to explain all the amenities available, and made us feel incredibly welcome. His attentiveness and warm hospitality made our stay even more special. Thank you, Stefano, for helping make our honeymoon such a memorable experience!
The ambianc of there room and serenity
Only issues I wasn't comfortable with was when phoned for staff to bring drinking water which would be paid, I was only informed for such delivery minus the water was £7. Very annoying, and that should be looked into
Good location and a.lovely room
Black out curtains are useless and the light poured in and they are poorly fitted which woke me very early 🙄
Air conditioning is very noisy and barely working meaning the room was very warm.
