The ambianc of there room and serenity
Only issues I wasn't comfortable with was when phoned for staff to bring drinking water which would be paid, I was only informed for such delivery minus the water was £7. Very annoying, and that should be looked into

Black out curtains are useless and the light poured in and they are poorly fitted which woke me very early 🙄
Air conditioning is very noisy and barely working meaning the room was very warm.

We stayed here for Wimbledon and the park and ride is a 20 min drive from this hotel. It was well staffed, quiet and exceptionally clean. The elephant towel on the bed and baclavas in the fridge was a lovely touch. Nothing too much trouble for staff and the man that checked us in was incredibly helpful on sorting my faux pas of booking 2 beds when I had booked 1.
